Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bath (Sleeps 4-5)

Be the first to enjoy our newly acquired cottage located on Mill Cove in Boothbay Harbor. Renovations are almost complete and the cottage has been painted, deck has been rebuilt, bathrooms renovated, and hardwood floors refinished. This cottage has a large beautiful lawn on tidal waterfront and is walking distance to all the downtown amenities.

When not enjoying all that the Boothbay region has to offer feel free to use our kayaks to explore the Harbor and Mill Cove's shipwreck. Relax and enjoy the view of the water from the new deck, sunroom, patio or the adirondack chairs on the water's edge.

The main floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed; living room with futon couch for an additional guest; eat-in kitchen with attached deck; half bath; and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level has a full bath with laundry; and a sunroom with wicker chairs and a sliding glass door leading out to a small patio and lawn.
