About Jeff Clary
I moved to New Orleans in 1993 to attend Tulane University. And the City that Care Forgot wasted no time sucking me in. As a young man, my Uptown neighborhood met my every want and need - a half block from Mardi Gras, a quick stumble to some of the best live music in the city at Tipitina's and Les Bons Temps, fine eats at Dick and Jenny's, and plenty of libations within striking distance. Now I am older, with three children, and though my needs have changed the neighborhood still provides - ice cream at Creole Creamery, snowballs at Hansen's Sno-Bliz, two playgrounds, a children's library, and pizza. And of course Mardi Gras.

Guestbook comments from the owner
I was in town for a conference at the Morial Convention Center near downtown but didn't want to stay right in the thick of everything. Jeff's place was just far enough away without being inconvenient and it was nice to see a different part of town. The Uptown area is amazing and filled with beautiful houses and great restaurants! The house itself is very nice, well appointed, and clean. The area felt safe and it was easy to get anywhere in town. I definitely recommend staying here!
