Bathrooms - Two full bathrooms are available, and have been fully remodeled in 2011. The Master Bath is enclosed to the master bedroom and has a Victorian finish to it with a copper bathtub. The Guest bathroom has a contemporary finish to it with a 6 foot jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower and porcelain tile, giving that contemporary feel to any guest who prefers a more modern finish.

The kitchen is quite spacious with concrete countertops and GenAir appliances, Keurig Coffeemaker (with plenty of choices for the guests) along with a dining room, living, and family room. High efficiency washer and dryer conveniently located in the hall closet. The property has an outdoor kitchen/bar, which has high-def TV with cable, refrigerator, sink and grill that's great for entertaining. The pool and spa are new additions and are conveniently located in the rear of the property. A 6 foot privacy gate along with a bamboo surrounding the property provide a vast amount of privacy (see photos). The backyard is spacious and beautifully landscaped with a screened in porch which also serves as a pool house (smoking is permitted in this area).

Daily housekeeping service and 24 hour on-call maintenance is included with the rental. A personal assistant to provide rides into town, run errands, get food, etc is available for an additional daily charge.
