Located down a cul de sac, set in a beautiful mature country garden boasting numerous shrubs and flowers, Villa Primavera is a secluded and peaceful haven. Situated on a cliff the villa is 150 meters from the sea and offers unbroken panoramic views of the ocean from the big shaded patio areas.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge and dining room open onto the patio area, perfect for meals facing the ocean!

Great location: the villa is 500 meters from the Centianes beach, 1 km from the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro, set in a peaceful area yet close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, various shops).

The villa's exceptional location and surroundings will allow you to choose to simply relax at the villa or take advantage of the numerous activities available in the near vicinity. A wide range of these can be reached without having to drive.

We have discovered Portugal more than 30 years ago and immediately felt in loved with this country and Portuguese people. We now know quite well Algarve and its treasures, such as the other regions of the country for having worked and travelled through almost whole of them.

    In winter months (November to March), electricity is to be paid by tenant.

    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holidays, so as a breakage deposit of €250 (refundable within 1 week after departure).

Wonderfull vila perfect for a family

Very well placed villa with a wonderful garden and pool. Everything was clean and the house is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Within walking distance is a perfect beach and the village of Carvoeiro offers restaurants and a very nice beach.

All in all a perfect vacation and we would definitely consider to come back one day.

The villa was exactly as described if not better! Very spacious with both a beautiful garden and swimming pool, and a big sheltered terrace area for eating or just to have some shade from the sun.
It is a 15 min walk into the centre of Carvoeiro and there is a pavement and street lighting so it's very safe as well. The nearest beach is 10 min walk, and is very beautiful and great for swimming. I wouldn't recommend the beach bar / restaurant though - extremely rude staff - so unusual for Portugal.
Loads of good restaurants and nice bars in Carvoeiro.
I would highly recommend Villa Primavera - we will definitely be going back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing home from home

We stayed at the Villa in late May 2010 and found it to be very comfortable with a personal 'home from home' atmosphere. The gardens (and pool) are particularly attractive and with the property not overlooked at all on the south side and a 10 minute stroll from Carvoeiro itself, made it a very pleasant relaxing place to unwind and chill out. We enjoyed eating our meals on the terrace and even used the barbeque twice (It needs a some lighting after darkness, as is about 10 metres from the house).The TV and music Hardrive is very good, with a good selection of movies stored, but the TV channels are all mostly German, only English spoken is News. There are several beaches within a 10 - 20 minute walk along the cliff tops and a large supermarket about 10 mins drive to the north. Finally, Carvoeiro is not a place for a wild party (at least not in May), there are a lot of bars and restaurants, some better than others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers
