Dock slip can be rented with unit during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig machine for your daily coffee / tea consumption. Elevator opens to your private floor. 2 car garage with additional guest parking available. Brand new washer / dryer inside unit. Swim tub (hot tub or lap pool) on back balcony to enjoy during your visit or keep in shape for your triathlon training.
Everything is within walking or biking distance from the condo. Late night out - waffle house is a block away. Great places to dine within walking distance and some great local ice cream just blocks away.

We live close by in Tampa and love to get to the beach with our two young boys. We love heading to the beach for the weekend to get out in the water and just relax. Driving over the Sunshine Skyway bridge is our clue it is vacation time - even if for just a weekend!
We absolutely love the area - everything is within walking distance. We wanted to have access for boating and the beach and this was the best of both worlds. It was exactly what we were looking for and it was beautiful inside so we were sold immediately!
The views are amazing on the front or the back porch. We are surrounded on both sides by different views. The beach view from the front and the canal view on the back porch. There is a water view out of every window in the condo. Everything is in walking / biking distance!
Located in prime Treasure Island within walking distance of shopping centers and many restaurants. Grocery store a few blocks away. Public beach access 1 block walk either direction from condo unit. Boat slip available for use during rental. Famed John's Pass only a couple miles down the road. Downtown St Petersburg only a 20 min drive away and downtown Tampa 35 mins away. Museums galore inside St Petersburg and Tampa. Busch Gardens only 45 mins and Orlando over an hours drive. Great food and fare within walking or driving distance. Enjoy some of our favorites on the beach - Middle Grounds / Salt Rock, or drive to downtown St Pete and enjoy The Melting Pot and numerous other fantastic restaurants on Beach Dr. Enjoy two of our favorite nighttime dessert locations if you are looking for your favorite Working Cow ice creams enjoy Super Scoops. It you are looking for a sundae or shake - The Shake Shack is one of the best. Boat / jet ski rental is located within a couple miles - several to choose from. If you choose to boat or jet ski enjoy some private beaches that rise up during low tide with dead full sand dollars to bring back home! You can drive to Passe Grille and take the ferry to a favorite shell hunting locations ~ Shell Key.
