4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Colonial home with Garage and Mountain View

Casa Musa is a Spanish Colonial two-story home purchased in 2002 and completely restored in 2005. It is located in the historic central district, only two blocks away from the Central Park, the famous street called 'La Calzada,' and four blocks away from the lake.

This home is a genuine colonial residence, rebuilt from the ground up with the modern amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, ceiling fans and internet and TV cable service.

The home has a large, comfortable layout. The rooms are spacious and cheerful and can comfortable accommodate a family of up to eight people.

The Kitchen is very spacious and has all amenities you need as if you were at your own home including hot water. The house provides a laundry area with washing machine.

There are two bedroom downstairs with air conditioning and one bathroom. Each bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and ceiling fans.

Upstairs, two master suits with a queen bed each, air conditioning, full bathroom, and ceiling fans. The view upstairs is spectacular, with a view of the Mombacho Volcano and a nice seating area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.

Great house, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Musa. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was fixed the same day. Good location- easy walking distance to center of town and many restaurants. The inside is very nice- open and airy. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful Granada home!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Casa Musa. The home was much more spacious and delightful than we were anticipating from the photos. We found it to be comfortable, convenient and safe for our family of seven, and we appreciated the cleaning lady who was very lovely and kind. We recommend this home to all visitors to Granada!

Nice house in a Great location

My wife and I were in Casa Musa for about a month and a half and we enjoyed our time there. The house is large and can accomodate several guests/visitors if you have a long term stay. As far as location goes it really does not get better than this in Granada. You are just a few blocks from the main plaza as well as Calzada which is where basically all of restaurants are located. Being so close to the main tourism parts you would expect to have a noisy stay, but that was not the case here. The street was nice and quiet so it was the best of both worlds. Another great advantage of this house were the neighbors. On one side you have Mario who was so nice throughout our stay. He helps the owners with the house when they aren't around, so it was great to have someone you could trust right away. He even brought us fresh mangos from his mango tree a few times. On the other side of the house is a quiet boutique hostel that had a security guard out front, so we felt extremely safe at all times. The owners were extremely easy to deal with as well, which is important as there are plenty of places down here that aren't. We had some unexpected changes in our stay and they were very gracious and accomodating. If you are in Granada for a few weeks this place is a great option. If you are going to be here long term it is worht a look as well. It does not have a pool, which is tough in the heat sometimes, but there are various pools close bye that you can visit within walking distance when it is real hot (hotel spa/granada, mombacho cigar lounge pool to name a few). Overall, when you come to a place that is foreign to you, you want 3 things: 1) Comfort 2) Location 3) Safety. This place has all 3.
