4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Colonial home with Garage and Mountain View

Casa Musa is a Spanish Colonial two-story home purchased in 2002 and completely restored in 2005. It is located in the historic central district, only two blocks away from the Central Park, the famous street called 'La Calzada,' and four blocks away from the lake.

This home is a genuine colonial residence, rebuilt from the ground up with the modern amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, ceiling fans and internet and TV cable service.

The home has a large, comfortable layout. The rooms are spacious and cheerful and can comfortable accommodate a family of up to eight people.

The Kitchen is very spacious and has all amenities you need as if you were at your own home including hot water. The house provides a laundry area with washing machine.

There are two bedroom downstairs with air conditioning and one bathroom. Each bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and ceiling fans.

Upstairs, two master suits with a queen bed each, air conditioning, full bathroom, and ceiling fans. The view upstairs is spectacular, with a view of the Mombacho Volcano and a nice seating area to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.

Perfect stay in Granada

We stay in Casa Musa for 3 nights during our stay in Granada. The house is really nice and spacious, well equipped. It is also close to the Parque Central but it is still quiet and in a safe area of town. Highly recommended to large families or group of friends. Our kids loved running around the courtyard!

Excellent home and location

My family of 5 and I rented Eunice's home for 9 months while volunteering in Granada. We have many fond memories of Nicaragua in this home and can't wait to return. The neighbors are friendly and you are very close to the Calzada but far enough away that the nightlife won't keep you awake all night. Eunice was very accommodating and helpful the entire time. You will fall in love with Lorena, the housekeeper, who is probably the nicest/sweetest person you will meet in Nicaragua. We enjoyed the people/culture of Nicaragua the most. Be sure to visit the Butterfly reserve past the cemetery, Laguna de Apoyo, boating tour of the Islets, and eat at least once at El Camello which is less than one and a half blocks from Casa Musa. For an authentic experience with the Nicaraguans, eat at Las Colinas-excellent food! Hoping to return soon and staying at Casa Musa again would make us all very happy!

Highly Recommend!

I traveled to Nicaragua for my wedding, and to unfortunate circumstances needed to find a rental home last minute. Eunice, the owner was extremely helpful and responded in a timely manner. The home is very spacious, clean, and very secure. It is a short walking distance from the main plaza, but just far enough from all the night life. I would recommend this rental home above all other rental companies in Granada, there are no hidden costs and the owner is very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay at this home again on my next visit to Granada.

Casa Mula es una casa colonial en excelentes condiciones, bien equipada, super bien ubicada, a solo 2 cuadras de La Calzada y 2 cuadras del Parque Central. Pasamos momentos deliciosos porque la casa es amplia, bien ventilada, con aires y ropa de cama y paños. Granada es un lugar muy lindo para visitar y encantada recomendamos Casa Mula para unas excelentes vacaciones en familia o con amigos.

Great house, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Musa. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was fixed the same day. Good location- easy walking distance to center of town and many restaurants. The inside is very nice- open and airy. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful Granada home!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Casa Musa. The home was much more spacious and delightful than we were anticipating from the photos. We found it to be comfortable, convenient and safe for our family of seven, and we appreciated the cleaning lady who was very lovely and kind. We recommend this home to all visitors to Granada!
