House is 40 feet from the lakefront with 160 foot pier for docking your boat on 550 acre all sport Magician Lake. House sleeps 18-20+, up to 16 can easily sit at large farm table for family dinners and games.

Kitchen is open plan for those who love to cook and eat. Several families can comfortably enjoy this home together. Enjoy water sports on the lake which has no resorts, only private homes.

What makes this house unique

Beautiful patio with large wood table, grill, ping pong table is nice on the patio. Fire pit just feet from the water. Sandy beach area for kids to play. Great fishing from the pier and from your boat. Bass, trout, walleye, etc. There are boat marinas for rental in the area:Lake Effect Power Sports or Sister Lakes Marine.
