Centrally Located in the Heart of the Central Coast

Fully furnished 3 Bedroom, 2 story home in Morro Bay. Master Suite, Large Living Room, Full Kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom are located upstairs. 2 Additional Bedrooms, Living Room, and Bathroom are located downstairs.

Master Suite includes antique King Sized bed and full bathroom which has separate toilet area, jacuzzi tub, and large 5’ X 6’ shower with two 12-inch shower heads. Large 25’ X 35’ living room, kitchen, dining area features a 42” Flat Screen TV, BlueRay/DVD Player, State of the art side by side refrigerator with ice and water in door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, reverse osmosis water system, coffee makers, and very complete compliment of kitchen utensils and dishes. There is a balcony with a BBQ and seating area with beautiful ocean views. Laundry room has washer and dryer for your convenience. There are many antiques throughout the upstairs portion of the house.

Both additional bedrooms downstairs have 1 Queen sized bed. Living room has Queen sized pull-out sofa bed and a Flat Screen TV. Rear bedroom also has a coffeemaker and microwave for your convenience.

Vacation Home is owned by the owner of the Best Western El Rancho, and rental of the Home is managed through the hotel. All arrangements will be made through the employees of the hotel.

A deposit equal to one-half of the total for your rental is due upon confirmation of the rental reservation. A valid major credit card is required for the deposit. The remaining one-half of the total amount due will be charged upon expiration of the cancellation period.
Fees And Taxes Tax is 13%.

There are no extra fees for cleaning, booking, parking, etc.

There is a one-month cancellation policy for rental reservations. Any cancellation received less than one month prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to one-half of the entire amount due.
Rates displayed are a range of normal rates. Holiday Weekends and/or Special Events may be higher. Please contact me for current rates specific to your dates of travel.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
