3400 Square Feet Of Luxury, 4BR, 4.5 Baths, Overlooking Capitol Hill Golf Course

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Spectacular location, overlooking 'The Legislator' golf course at Capitol Hill. The setting is private and secluded, only 200 yards from the Capitol Hill entrance gate! Available for guests beginning October 1, 2013.

We designed our home for groups to be pampered, so there are many special amenities, including: 4 Master suites, each with an attached bath and two queen-sized beds (8 beds total). The large, walk-in showers are finished in Italian travertine and the vanities have granite countertops. The open floor plan offers a 'great room' with 55 inch plasma TV, dining/poker table with seating for 8 and a separate billiard room with championship Brunswick table. Every bedroom has an I-pod docking station so you can enjoy your favorite tunes. Each bedroom also has a 42 inch plasma TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious enough for many cooks, or you can hire one of our personal chefs to prepare meals for you. The outdoor deck, overlooking the golf course, is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a glass of wine or grilling steaks. No expense was spared and no detail overlooked.

Our large, beautiful home is 3,400 square feet of luxury that was designed specifically for groups. We offer a lodging experience that you can not find at a typical hotel. About Rick Oster

I'm happily married and a father of 3 young kids. Like most busy dads, I don't get to play as much golf as I would like. That's why golf trips with friends are so important. Getting away on a regular basis to play golf, hang out and 'goof off' is my idea of fun. However, I've always been frustrated by having to stay in a hotel and 'scatter' across the property at night. It defeats the purpose of traveling together. Ever try playing poker on someone's bed in a hotel room? Not fun! The other option is to rent a house, but most houses available for rent are not built to accommodate groups. Usually the guy that plans the trip gets the master, and everyone else fights for what's left. The losers get the bunk beds and a bathroom down the hall! I knew there was a better way and decided to 'build it and they will come'. I've dedicated the last 7 years of my life to creating vacation rental homes for groups of golfers to enjoy.

I was blessed to find such a beautiful one acre property overlooking the golf course. It is not visible from the street, secluded from the entrance road and conveniently located. There are huge trees surrounding the property and deer frequent the grounds. The back deck is 13 feet off the ground and provides a spectacular 180 degree, panoramic view. The adjacent property is completely undeveloped, with no other houses or buildings in sight. It really is a special place.

What makes this house unique

I literally sat down with a blank sheet of paper and asked, 'What would I want in a home if I designed it specifically for golfers on a trip?' I listed things like; open floor plan, Master suites, beds with plush mattresses, big walk-in showers, plasma TV's in every room, a pool table, privacy, leather sofas...etc. Then, I built it. It combines the best aspects of a luxury hotel and a house. Based on feedback from guests, my houses include everything they want!
