Condo, 1 Bedroom, Bath (Sleeps 4)

Awake to Alyeska! Walk out the door to the Bear Cub Quad! Top floor end unit on the base of the slopes!! Walk over to the Bake Shop and enjoy a delicious breakfast...or stay in and make your own. The condo is equipped with all amenities to cook and make coffee. Then slip on your ski boots and gear and walk outside to Chair 3, (next building over from the Sitzmark & Bake Shop)...and off you go for a day of skiing FUN! This efficiency unit has a sunken living room, fireplace, balcony, Murphy bed (in living room) plus 2 bunkbeds; loads of storage. Sunny and FUN! Rec Rm w/pool table, ping pong, sauna and ski wax area. It is furnished and has everything you need to cook in if you choose.
About Tracy R Williams

Originally from Update, NY via several East Coast moves, the last being Orlando, FL, I landed in Anchorage, AK 16 years ago.

I feel in love with the little town of Girdwood upon my 1st visit and dreamed of owning a home away from home on the slopes! The dream came true in 2011!

Being in the Real Estate business a friend listed this charming condo. My husband and I were one of 5 people to put in an offer on this gem. We got it!

I own a Business Consulting Biz as well as Real Estate, so I can do business often mobile. I love Girdwood almost more in the Summer than the Winter.

There is hiking, biking and a bit of a calmer feel in Girdwood in the summer.

Growing up and skiing in the East Coast, the skiing is AMAZING at Alyeska!

What a gift to ski in/out whenever you like! Sometimes, I prefer just to cross country ski at the meadow, which is w/in walking distance.

We stayed at this condo for one week. Owner is very responsive and quick on emails. The location of this condo is simply unbeatable. Very affordable weekly rate too! Small additions to this unit would really make it stand out among the others in the same price range (ie: radio, TV-antenna/cable, wifi, shower soap/shampoo, etc...) but again, we had a great time considering the prime location for skiing! (..and we had awesome snow!). ~Thanks!!
