This is a luxuriously appointed and spacious three-bedroom residence located in the five star Park Hyatt resort in Beaver Creek. As a premier property in Beaver Creek this condo offers the exclusivity of a private residence, plus all the amenities of the 5 star hotel.

Unit has three en suite bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and full-sized washer/dryer.

Hardwood floors, granite and marble slab, stone flooring, gas fireplace and a Kohler grand single bowl farmhouse sink in the kitchen are some special touches to be found.

The master suite has a king bed with 2 closets and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom can be configured as either a Queen bed or 2 twins. It also has a large bathroom with tub and shower. The third bedroom has 2 twins, a large closet and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well. 3 balconies overlook the village, ice rink and ski mountain.

High speed and Wi-Fi Internet access, daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service and underground parking for one car included.

The Park Hyatt is situated at the base of the mountain with ski-in and ski-out convenience and is next to the new gondola for the children's/beginner area. Also included is the hotel ski valet making storing and getting in/out of your gear very easy. Shopping, art galleries, equipment rental, terrific restaurants, ice rink and village amenities all within steps. Vail is minutes away.

This is a truly special residence with every imaginable amenity including access to the Aqua Sanitas at the Allegria Spa, the fitness center, steam and sauna, pools and hot tubs, outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, fire pit, concierge services, Camp Hyatt/babysitting and access to one of the top ski schools in North America.

Beaver Creek is one the premium ski resorts in North America. This is the prime unit in this development.

Two nearby airports: Vail / Eagle County Airport (EGE) is located just 20 minutes from Beaver Creek, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 2 hours away both with easy access via I-70.

About Tara Pettersson

We were one of the original purchasers and have always used our condo during the two weeks over Xmas and New Year's. It has been a wonderful way to spend the holidays and to enjoy time with family and friends. This year, we are contemplating our remaining in Texas for some or all of the holidays given another big trip we have planned for later in the 2013. It is a very tough call given our trip to Beaver Creek for the holidays is a family tradition that all of us - especially our boys- value and look forward to each year.

We love Colorado in all seasons and especially during the Christmas holidays. It is like a step back in time to be here during Christmas when the village is all decorated with lights and there are so many festive activities taking place. The Park Hyatt is especially cozy with a wide variety of holiday activities and the large common room is hugely inviting with its gigantic fireplace, live music and comfortable seating. It is always a wonderful place to connect with old friends, make new ones and create memories. My boys have come here every Christmas since they were babies and their fondness for the staff, the traditions and the amenities are priceless. It is magical. Then there is the skiing, the ski school, the ice skating, the snow mobiling, and the countless other activities that are just steps from your door. You also have wonderful restaurants and shopping. Plus Vail and Minturn are nearby. And at the end of the day, you can retire to your private residence and still have the luxury of ordering room service if you are too tired to do anything else - it is the best of all worlds!

What makes this condo unique

Separate wing within a five star hotel which allows us private residence and exclusivity with access to all of the amenities that the hotel offers. Located right on the village square with views of the ice rink, village and mountains. Easy access to skiing including ski valet and top ski school in country. One of best places for children we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing with our two boys - they love this place.
