Our brand new 2 bedroom + convertible bed/2 bathroom condo includes the golf membership at the TPC Treviso Bay Golf Course. Relax in our comfortable eat in kitchen with all the amenities, and enjoy the view overlooking the Rookery Bay National Estuary. Check out the birds.

*Treviso Bay is a gated community in South Naples and is approximately 35 minutes from Southwest Florida airport (RSW) and 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale (FLL).

*Treviso Bay is the only PGA Tour Tournaments Players Club, or TPC in all of Southwest Florida. It was designed by Arthur Hills, with Player Consultant Hal Sutton. It boasts 18 holes of picturesque and beautifully maintained course. Golf membership is easily transferred, and you only pay $25 cart fee when you play.

*Head to downtown Naples home of world class dining, shopping. white sandy beaches and the world renowned 5th Ave, only 5 miles from the Treviso gate and less than 15 minutes to Marco Island.

My husband and I live in the GTA area of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. We have one son who is away at College right now. so we have become empty nesters. We have done some travelling as I worked in the airline industry, and have found Naples is the place we like to be the most.

My husband has been coming to the area every year for the boys golf week. He introduced me to this area of Naples this summer and I just fell in love with it. He loves the golf and I love the beaches. The grounds at Treviso Bay are so lush, beautiful and well taken care of.

A Perfect Month at Treviso Bay

Treviso Bay and Andrea's condo made for a wonderful stay in Naples. Andrea is a very attentive person who anticipated our needs and offered many great suggestions and ideas. Contracting was an appropriate and easy process, return of the security deposit was prompt, and she was easily available to answer questions.
Her condo was meticulously cleaned and appointed with lovely and high quality furnishings. The pillow top beds were very comfortable, the towels large and soft, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Internet service was fast and easy to access and having a printer available was really convenient.
The TPC golf course was tough, but fair. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Tee times were generally available and the $25 fee was extremely reasonable. I was paired up with many wonderful residents and golfers who made my rounds truly enjoyable.
Treviso Bay is a relatively new community with many of the amenities under construction. The pool just outside the condo is nearly finished, the Champion's Club possibly in the fall of 2013 and the TPC Pro Shop in a few years.
We love being in the South Naples area and Treviso Bay is in a perfect spot. It's close to downtown Naples and you can easily get almost anywhere. This condo offers all the best amenities and conveniences for a wonderful stay in Naples.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this condo during the month of February. It is a new unit and in excellent condition. The owners of this unit have thought of everything and basically, if it isn’t already in the condo, you probably don’t need it. They also leave very good information on operational things for the condo and are always available and willing to assist in any way. In addition, everything that is in or about the condo is the very best.
The resort itself is still being completed so at least during our visit club houses and the pool at the condo complex were not open. However, the pool is scheduled to open at the end of February and they are making progress on the activity center club house. The golf course is top notch and even in the peak month of February, tee times were readily available. My wife and I rode our bikes and walked almost daily in very nice and safe surroundings. The area is quiet and the units themselves very soundproof. There was a young couple in the unit next door with a small child and we never heard any noise from the unit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+

We are currently residing in the condo for the month of Jan!
Undoubtedly the best deal we have ever enjoyed when compared to dozens of previous month long stays in numerous states.
We are the first occupants and find the furnishings, the location, the amenities, everything more than perfect! The owner will bend over backwards to make your stay perfect.
The fantastic golf course is less than 1/2 a mile, have seen several young people walk to the course. The course is well maintained, staff is very professional, helpful and courteous.
A golfers paradise!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
