This home is in the perfect location- very close to Cape Cod Bay beaches, Nickerson State Park, golfing and easily accessible to Route 6 and Route 6A. It’s just a quick walk to the historic Brewster General Store or the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Explore the tidal pools at low tide at the famous 'Brewster Flats' or catch striped bass on the incoming tide. After a full day, unwind at one of the unique restaurants along Route 6A, grill up a fabulous meal to enjoy on the gorgeous covered porch, or roast marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit, enjoying the cool Cape nights.
The outdoor space is special. . .the home is close to everything, but completely private. There are amazing gardens, a flat sweeping lawn, and custom Walpole outdoor shower and an amazing, extra-large covered porch and patio.
The porch is wonderful outdoor space for entertaining, relaxing, and dining alfresco with comfortable seating, dining space and ceiling fans. The propane grill is extra large with side burners.
Each room in this beautiful home is special with meticulous attention to detail. The sofas are filled with down, the moldings are custom, and there is special artwork throughout.
In the family room, there are enormous antique window flanking the gas fireplace and a one of a kind, antique fish hanging from one of the beams. This home is gorgeous, comfortable, completely inviting and livable for families.
The gourmet kitchen is well stocked, opening up to the family room with a mounted flat screen TV. There is also a DVD room (Wii ready), game room, full bath and full size laundry room rounding out the first floor. The DVD room provides an additional sleeping space with a hide-a-bed.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with queen bed and a bath with Jacuzzi, separate shower and double sinks. Additionally, there are a queen bed, two twin beds and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other three upstairs bedrooms. There is a comfortable sitting area upstairs with an additional day bed as well as another full bath. (Sleeps 10-13 easily)
There are also a toddler bed, pack & play, high chair available upon request. Air Conditioners are in each bedroom with large AC downstairs.
This amazing home includes all sorts of extras- there are bicycles for children and adults, beach toys, raft and chairs and croquet.
There is a small 'cottage,' a fully equipped apartment that sleeps four. It has it's own full kitchen and bath, laundry facilities, one queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The cottage is available for an additional charge.
There is also a beach van available upon approval. This van seats 12 and has a Brewster Beach sticker, allowing access all Brewster beaches, including the famous Brewster Flats and multiple fresh water ponds. Bring your canoes and kayaks for a paddle. Explore Brewster's cute village or other nearby towns like Chatham or Orleans. Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean in Orleans has been voted one of the top five beaches.
This family home is NON-SMOKING, designed to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. It is beautiful, well-located, private and close to the beach, designed to accommodate a large family or big group in luxury and comfort. WELCOME! No Pets, please!
