Luxury 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Villa With 3-D Smart TV & Private Pool

Master ensuite bedroom with super king size bed and walk-in dressing room, second ensuite bedroom with super king size bed and walkin dressing room, third ensuite bedroom with queen size bed, forth twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom/WC. Large open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with 47 inch 3-D smart TV and sound system. Private pool and patio area with new infrared BBQ. 18 hole golf course on site. Restaurants, bars and supermarket only a 5 minute walk.
About Ray Moore

Caroline is originally from Glasgow, Scotland and Ray from Larne, N. Ireland and now living together in Aberdeen Scotland where both work in the North Sea oil industry. Caroline is an ergonomics specialist for Chevron and Ray a draughtsman for Total.

They both enjoy music, especially live music, Celtic, folk, blues, country, jazz and Ray is a part time guitarist/songwriter.

Why Ray Moore chose Highlands Reserve

We decided to buy a property in the Orlando area after a lovely holiday earlier in 2012 together with Caroline's two daughters. Our love of golf shortlisted our search and Highlands Reserve was a good combination of being close enough to the theme parks, while having a quieter peacful feeling. And the home we chose is beautiful and a very short walk to local restaurants, bars and supermarket of Berry Town Centre.

What makes this villa unique

The location on Highlands Reserve makes it so easy to get to all the theme parks, not just Disney and Universal but also Busch Gardens in Tampa. And the very close proximity to Berry town centre makes it a nice easy walk to Publix supermarket, Applebys Diner, Linksters Ale House and numerous international food outlets. The villa itself is a joy to be in at any time of day or night with it's new infrared BBQ and pool side dining, evenings can be bliss after a hard day at the parks. The 3-D smart TV, with internet access and sound system make viewing an experience, especially with imax films.

I have been visiting Orlando for many years and can honestly say that the specification of this villa is right up there with the very best.

Inside, the facilities were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The entertainment facilities were great with an excellent games room and huge TV to crash out in front of.

We loved using the pool which was clean and warm.

The villa is positioned well, with quick and easy access to the I4.

I have to say that dealing with the owners was also a real pleasure. Nice people who take pride in their home. We will return when we are next in Orlando.

I'd recommend this villa unreservedly.

Pictures do not do justice for this home. My family and I have rented in the past and thought we hit the jackpot until I found this one. The second you enter the home, you feel like you are in Shangri-La. It is the cleanest looking, freshest smelling and tastefully decorated rental that you will find. Competitively priced, close to the golf course and shopping plaza. A flat screen television for all guests to enjoy without arguing on what to watch. The best looking games room I have ever seen. We will most likely be returning to Florida & I will be renting here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Awesome home to rent!

We have rented homes in the past, but this one is truly an awesome catch! It was clean, beautifully decorated, had a wonderful pool and game room for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home. It is also located just across the street from a supermarket and several restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to the Orlando area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This home is beautiful tastefully decorated and very spacious plenty of room for 8 of us. The photos do not do it justice it's very clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The pool was amazing the kids loved it. And we walked up to berry centre several times for dinner a real bonus in Orlando to be within walking distance of bars, takeaways and restaurants. We only had one problem during our stay the iron broke but a free phone call and hey presto a new one was delivered within the hour superb service from the management company.
Booking was so easy and communication from the owners was excellent i would not hesitate to book again and will be recommending to everyone.
