Photos and Description of the San Juan vacation house rental

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating area, consisting of a sofa and two armchairs. You will also find a TV there with satellite connection for the receipt of most important television and radio channels with digital quality. In addition, there are two further armchairs in front of the large panoramic window in the living room. Four people can eat comfortably at the dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the important electrical appliances that you would expect from a holiday house of this standard. A ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a washing machine are provided. The bedrooms are spacious, one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, which are alongside one another. All beds have comfortable mattresses. The wardrobes are floor to ceiling height. The bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, wash-hand basin and WC. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in plenty.

The location of the holiday house is unique. Right on the sea, reached by a minor service road, this beautiful house is situated in a completely peaceful area of large private houses. From your seat on the terrace or in the living room you can enjoy views of the deep blue Atlantic and the island of La Gomera, which lies opposite. Additionally, there is a marvelous promenade, which runs for about one kilometer along the coast. The sun is guaranteed to shine here for 360 days.... And Playa de San Juan has a very beautiful sandy beach, which is also suitable for children. There are many good restaurants with national and international cuisine. We would particularly like to mention the good fish restaurants in Playa de San Juan. Some of the restaurant owners go to sea to fish at night, only to return in the early morning. The fish is then prepared that evening in the restaurant. Fresher fish would be impossible.

something more: The small fishing harbour with its small sandy beach is protected against the wind by a breakwater, which on breezy days offers enjoyable and safe sea bathing. A promenade runs along the coastal edge, banked by a fascinating lava rock formation. On the sun terrace you’ll find garden furniture and sun beds. The small pool is about 4m x 2.5m. It may not be 'Olympic size', but is big enough to take a dip and enjoy a splash-around. The sandy beach at Playa de San Juan is only 10 minutes walk away. Guests receive a basket of fresh fruit, drinks etc.

The distances: The journey times: Restaurant, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc. between 1-5 minutes walk. South Airport about 45 minutes drive. North Airport about 75 minutes drive
