Lovely equipped apartment for 4 people, 2 friendly rooms

Discover Berlin with its facets and come back with your impressions to the lovely decorated 2-room apartment where you will feel so good. There is a separate bedroom with double bed. The living room has a double couch bed, and the kitchen has a dining corner. Further more, you will find a bathroom with bathing tub, shower and WC. The apartment has a garden with beach chair, sand box and wood furniture, or a beautiful balcony with wood furniture. The apartments are located in the Annenhöfen, so they are not disturbed by the noise of the city. Kaisers & Lidl are just in front of the apartments. There are free parking places on the Annen Street, Dresdener Street and Heinrich-Heine Street.

This is an apartment which you will enjoy. In 2006, the apartment was completely renovated and lovely decorated. We care a lot for a clean apartment and are very children friendly. The children under the age of 16 will receive 100% discount. The apartment accommodates up to 3 adults and 1-2 children. If you book the apartment together with La Petite Maison on the second floor, the property can accommodate up to 7-8 adults or 4 adults and 2-4 children. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is a 4-case CD-player with radio, an 81 flat screen, and upon request, a DVD player or a play station. There is a video collection in the apartment.
Nearest Airport : Tegel and Schönfeld at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train : Ostbahnhof at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway : Tempelhofer Damm at 8 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

The underground station Heinrich-Heine- Street is just in front of your door. If you like to walk, you can reach in approx. 10-30 minutes Alexanderplatz, Nikolai quarter, Friedrich Street, Checkpoint Charlie, the Castle square, Gendarmen Market and Potsdamer Platz. It is however faster, if you take the train. In the apartment, you will find suggestions about how to spend your time in and outside Berlin. We are happy to give you tips about restaurants, museums, events and trips.
