Located at the best resort in the Emerald Coast you will find this 3rd floor Luau II condo is a luxury place to relax and enjoy while visiting the Sandestin Resort® area. Our condo is family owned and operated within the resort. We will provide you with personal service you will not find with a big management company. This is our only condo so you will get our full attention.
With the largest and best location in the building you will find that the balcony has spectacular west sunset views! This partially covered balcony will provide you a wonderful setting to enjoy that great meal with beautiful views of the Gulf and surrounding area. Whether you are in the kitchen or sitting in the living area the views from inside the condo are spectacular as well.
This is a luxury decorated 2 bedroom lockout condo that sleeps up to seven. There are 2 king size beds and two sleeper sofas with 2 full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen will allow for preparations of all your meals. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
This unit may also be rented as a separate studio and/or 1 bedroom.
• The studio is equipped with a king size bed, single sleeper sofa, twin bunk-beds, full bath, and kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and sink). The studio is locked off from the main room for added privacy.
• The 1 bedroom has a king size bedroom, full bath, full kitchen, dining room, living area with sleeper sofa, and don’t forget the greatest balcony in the building!

Enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the country. Just a short beautiful two minute walk and you are relaxing listening to the waves! At the Luau you will enjoy a wonderful large pool including a waterfall, baby pool, and hot tub with tropical surroundings. The poolside bar and grill are open during the high season for that poolside libation! There is a fitness center and plenty of jogging and biking trails to enjoy. You must take a look from the observation deck on the 11th floor to enjoy those beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The Sandestin Resort area is the best resort in the area and has so much to offer. This security gated community provides added safety for the family. With its championship golf courses, miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, marina, Baytowne Wharf®, and children’s activities all just inside the resort. You will have plenty to do!
You will have access to our beach closet that includes beach chairs, one umbrella, and beach toys for that sandcastle! All you have to do is grab the beach bag, grab the chairs, and stroll to the beach. Since we are on the beach side it is a short beautiful walk from your front door!
