Things to do in Cascais: Beach - The 15 km of beaches and excelent climate throughout the year, it is a great place for water sports and invites tourists to enjoy a few moments by the sea. Coming from the capital to Cascais, Carcavelos and Parede are beaches recognized for their therapeutic effects due to water heavily iodinated. Arriving at Estoril, highlights the Tamariz beach, flanked by magnificent Palaces. In Cascais, the county seat, ancient and picturesque fishing village, with its small urban beaches can enjoy the characteristic movement of the fishing boats and seagulls around them. On the threshold of the County and bordered by the beautiful landscape of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, are the beaches of the western county, with emphasis on the Praia do Guincho.
