If you appreciate more space you'll really love the King suite that this unit offers! Each bedroom has giant European pillow squares, high thread count sheets and pillow top mattresses to keep you snuggled and well rested. The main floor has 1 Queen bedroom, a full bath off the hallway, a full kitchen with quality cookware, dinnerware, coffee service and barware, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a comfortable living area with a wood burning fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and a 36' flat screen tv with dvd player. The private deck has views of the White Pine cross country ski track (Park City Municipal golf course in summer) and PCMR alpine resort, hiking and biking trails. The loft level has a roomy master suite with a King sized bed, tv/dvd, mountain views and a full private bath with a tiled solarium area (large enough to accommodate a rollaway for a young child if desired). Walnut finished bamboo floors, carpeted bedrooms, solid alder doors and trim throughout create a rich environment to relax and entertain in. Extra blankets, books and games will ensure that the off hours from the slopes or not out on the town will be fun and cozy!

This Snowcrest condominium is located just across the street from Cole Sport and Jans ski shop services for those last minute equipment tune ups, be it skis, boards or bikes! In the summer months guided fly fishing and stand-up paddle boarding are offered through these two experienced local businesses. If you wish, you can even have your own private concierge reserve these activities for you in advance. That's right! You'll want to make some arrangements ahead of time and with a long time local owner as your connection, you'll be sure to make the most of your Park City vacation. Skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking and biking of course but how about snowmobiling, hot air balloon adventures and horse drawn sleigh or wagon ride dinners?! This condo has a great layout and sunlit living area with mountain views, a great sense of comfort and is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. The pool and hot tub are immediately inviting but the real wood burning fireplace makes it feel like home as soon as you walk in. I'm fortunate to have bought one of the more spacious top floor units with a nice open floor plan that was not already too cut up. The improvements that I have made over the years have given the space a warm, rich quality and added even more openness and sunlight to the upstairs bathroom. The first thing I did was to partially enclose the large loft area which is now a king sized suite and private full bath with a skylight/solarium area. I also love the solid wood doors and bamboo flooring which are the most recent upgrades. This is a truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy life in the mountains!
A prime unit in the Snowcrest property with vaulted ceilings, deluxe finishes, designer bedding and likely the only King size master suite on site! A heated pool and spa with a fantastic location close to skiing, snowboarding, golf, entertainment, spas, shops, movies and grocery add to the package.
Considering how expensive skiing can be, Darcy's condo is a great bargain. The location is terrific. Darcy was very accommodating and gracious. No complaints.
Darcy's condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. We originally thought there would be three of us, but another person ended up joining. Regardless, the place was perfect for 4 people. The bathrooms were large and the rooms had ample space. The kitchen was set up perfectly with the bar and living area together. We also used the hot tub and pool at night. It was amazing after a day on the slopes.
The location was great too. Literally a walk to the lift! Although I'm sure we could have walked to old Main Street, we ended up taking a cab most nights, which was only about $12. Not bad when split with friends. Park City was beautiful. Tons of restaurants, shops and galleries.
I would recommend this condo and Darcy was great to work with. You can tell she takes great pride in her space. What I really thought was a great touch, was the cheese, fruit and coffee basket she provided. It was really nice!
My wife and our friends had a perfectly wonderful time in this condo. It's not the quietest place, the interior walkways are wood so the sound of people in ski boots carries pretty far, and it's right on Empire Avenue, which is a major bus route. It's across a parking lot from the PCMR slopes, but it's tough to cross Empire Avenue - you basically have to jaywalk and it's very traffic heavy. A bus will take you up to the main base area in about 3 minutes, which is great if you need to go there, but from THAT bus stop it's almost as long a walk to the slopes as from the condo.
The pool and hot tub are great - not much in the way of views, but big and warm - everything you want after a long day of skiing.
The loft bedroom has the bigger bed, but is open to the living room below, so if some guests want to go to sleep earlier than the others, I recommend using the downstairs bedroom with its door.
The owner is terrific - super-responsive (she lives nice and close) and very helpful, both with the condo and local recommendations.
All in all, we'd be happy to stay here again.
My family has stayed ay this great condo many times over the past 20 years, and the owner Darcy has always maintained her place several notches better than other rentals in Park City. The amenities are first class, the unit is quiet, and the location is ideal for skiing, shopping, sightseeing, and dining. Darcy is a fabulous Park City emissary and hostess that will make you feel at home as you immerse yourself into life in Park City. I very highly recommend this as the place to stay in Park City!
We had a great vacation in Park City and our condo was excellent. The owner, Darcy, met us upon our arrival and showed us around the condo and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was as advertised and very clean. The bus stop is just accross the street and the slopes are a short walk. We both walked to the slopes and took the bus. Probably easier to just walk because there are a bunch of different bus routes and we never got a good grip on which bus to take on the way home. It would be a good idea to find a bus schedule. There are a couple of ski shops right by the bus stop, but we found it a lot easier to use the ones on the slopes. They had better inventory, the same prices, and check in at the end of our trip was easy. We also really enjoyed the night skiing at Park City. It is included with a regular lift ticket and was great. After night skiing we ate at the restaurants on the slopes. Very good and convenient. The grocery store is pretty close, but I would not walk there. For minor items, there is a 7-11 a short walk away.
I've been skiing in Utah for over 30 years, and staying in this condo for half of them. Every year there has been an upgrade made to the unit, the owner makes every detail count for comfort and convenience. The unit is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is a big plus over hotel rooms - not having to eat out every meal means staying an additional 2 days for more skiing! The owner if super helpful with "locals only" insight on best bars, yummy food and how to live like a local while you enjoy Park City. I would totally recommend this rental.
This cozy abode is just a short walk to the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort. Convenient proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery and just a few blocks to Main Street entertainment. Pleasant walking distance to all yet on the bus line as well if you prefer.
