Beautiful 2bd/2ba condo in the heart of Park City

This beautifully finished, well appointed condo has all the comforts of home and more! With an excellent location just a short stroll from ski lifts, Park City Mountain Resort plaza, local restaurants, ski shops, movie theaters, Old Town nightlife, grocery and convenience stores you can have it all! Jump on the free bus across the street to all of these and also expand your options to include Deer Valley Ski Area, the Canyons Resort, outlet mall shopping or the exciting Jupiter Bowl. You even have your own private concierge to reserve those bowling lanes for you.

That's right! You'll want to make some arrangements ahead of time and with a long time local owner as your connection, you'll be sure to make the most of your Park City vacation. Skiing and snowboarding are on the agenda of course, but how about snowmobiling, hot air balloon adventures and horse drawn sleigh or wagon ride dinners?!! If you're coming to Park City for golf or a conference you'll want to see more of what Park City and the surrounding area has to offer. If you appreciate more space you'll really love the King suite that this unit offers! Each bedroom has giant European pillow squares, high thread count sheets and pillow top mattresses to keep you snuggled and well rested. The main floor has 1 Queen bedroom, a full bath off the hallway, a full kitchen with quality cookware, dinnerware, coffee service and barware, a dishwasher and washer/dryer and a comfortable living area with a wood burning fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and a 36' flat screen tv with dvd player. The private deck has cross country and alpine ski area views and a barbeque. The upper floor has a roomy master suite with a King sized bed, tv/dvd, mountain views and a full private bath with a tiled solarium area (large enough to accommodate a rollaway for a young child if desired). Walnut finished bamboo floors, carpeted bedrooms, solid alder doors and trim throughout create a rich environment to relax and entertain in. Extra blankets, books and games will ensure that the off hours from the slopes or not out on the town will be fun and cozy!

The property has free internet, wifi and cable TV, a heated outdoor pool and a brand new spa! This convenient location is just across the street from Cole Sport and Jans ski shops services for those last minute tune ups or new sweaters and socks! Within a 1-3 block radius you'll also find Starbucks, casual to fine dining, movie theaters, grocery and convenience stores.

About Darcy Swedish-McKay

Retired Western/Delta Air Lines flight attendant originally from Portland, Oregon. I've taught skiing for over 10 years and have enjoyed Park City as my mountain home for over 25 years.

My husband and I love this town and can't wait to share some Park City local's favorite recommendations with you. We live right in town and between our years of skiing, hiking, biking and family life here along with my travel sense, specialty food experience and my contractor husbands handyman skills we will ensure that that your stay is comfortable, fun and memorable.

This condo has a great layout and sunlit living area with mountain views, a sense of space and is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. It felt like home as soon as I walked in. I'm fortunate to have bought one of the more spacious top floor units. The many improvements that have been made over the years have given the space a warm, rich quality. The first thing I did was to enclose the large loft area which is now a suite with a king sized bed. I also love the solid doors and bamboo flooring. This is a truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy life in the mountains!

My family has stayed ay this great condo many times over the past 20 years, and the owner Darcy has always maintained her place several notches better than other rentals in Park City. The amenities are first class, the unit is quiet, and the location is ideal for skiing, shopping, sightseeing, and dining. Darcy is a fabulous Park City emissary and hostess that will make you feel at home as you immerse yourself into life in Park City. I very highly recommend this as the place to stay in Park City!

We had a great vacation in Park City and our condo was excellent. The owner, Darcy, met us upon our arrival and showed us around the condo and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was as advertised and very clean. The bus stop is just accross the street and the slopes are a short walk. We both walked to the slopes and took the bus. Probably easier to just walk because there are a bunch of different bus routes and we never got a good grip on which bus to take on the way home. It would be a good idea to find a bus schedule. There are a couple of ski shops right by the bus stop, but we found it a lot easier to use the ones on the slopes. They had better inventory, the same prices, and check in at the end of our trip was easy. We also really enjoyed the night skiing at Park City. It is included with a regular lift ticket and was great. After night skiing we ate at the restaurants on the slopes. Very good and convenient. The grocery store is pretty close, but I would not walk there. For minor items, there is a 7-11 a short walk away.

I've been skiing in Utah for over 30 years, and staying in this condo for half of them. Every year there has been an upgrade made to the unit, the owner makes every detail count for comfort and convenience. The unit is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is a big plus over hotel rooms - not having to eat out every meal means staying an additional 2 days for more skiing! The owner if super helpful with "locals only" insight on best bars, yummy food and how to live like a local while you enjoy Park City. I would totally recommend this rental.
