This beautiful, open-concept, single-level home is located in a brand new Villa at Hasting Farms Community. In addition to the backyard patio, all upgrades to this home to bring upmost luxuary to your stay. The casual comfort offered here includes an extra large Great Room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and seating area complete with a large-screen cable TV and new leather couches. A brand new, top-quality queen mattress in the master and brand new queen mattresses in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms promise a good night's sleep. The master features a large, walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with both a shower, and a double-sink vanity. The master is separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the Great Room for privacy. Right off of the Great Room is a Laundry Room with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board. This single-level, open floorplan makes for very efficient, easy living. The yard is profesionally maintained. There is room for 2 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Come, relax, and enjoy!

About Judith Coombs

We are a Canadian soon to be retired couple that love the Arizona winters. We purchase this home to enable us to spend some of our time with friends and family in the southwest. Especially when the northern cold is unbareble. We have always enjoyed our time in this area with lots of sun and activities to do; We simply love and in love with Arizona.

Others are welcome to enjoy time in this beatiful home with respect and gratitude. A lot of great attractions and activities.

Charming and close to amenities

Spent a sunny week here over Christmas; neighborhood is friendly and the short drive to nearby shopping allowed for an all-out holiday dinner plus extra presents. The children's playground nearby let me catch up on some reading without boring the kids all day; wide streets were good for early morning runs. All around two thumbs up - will definitely be staying here again!
