We hope that you will consider our condo for your stay on the beautiful island of Maui. It has been in our family since it was first built in 1977. We acquired it from my mother in 1999. We have many guests that return year after year and truly feel that it is their home on paradise.
We live in the beautiful town of Benicia, California in a home overlooking the Carquinez Straits. We have three grown children; two are still in college. Our oldest graduated from UC Davis in 2011. We have had many wonderful family vacations in our condo and know that you will feel the “karma” the moment you walk in the door. It makes us very happy to share our home so that you, too, can experience the magic of Maui and Kihei Garden Estates.

We stayed for one week over the New Year's Holiday. Family of four with two teenagers. The condo was very well decorated with Hawaiian decor throughout. Unit was equipped with absolutely everything you would need to enjoy your stay - cooking utensils, coolers, beach chairs, comfortable sleeping accommodations for family of four. Unit was exceptionally clean and provided great views from the outdoor lanai. WIFI worked great. Second floor unit that provided excellent air circulation throughout - never had to turn on the A/C. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed many walks on the beach and many beautiful sunsets. Also enjoyed watching the kitesurfers. Not a swimming beach necessarily - but condo is centrally located to many other beautiful swimming beaches to the south, west and north all within reasonable driving distances - all of which we were able to explore! Supermarket within short walking distance. Very nice pool area with grills for barbecue. Nice hot tub as well. Owner very accessible and answered all questions truthfully on a timely basis. We could not have made a better choice for our family vacation. Maui truly is paradise! We will definitely be recommending this unit to others. Excellent!
We stayed for two weeks in the beginning of November and had a really great time. The condo was very well set up with everything that we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogy board. The complex is very nice and well maintained and the managers are very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay again.
What a wonderful time we had in Maui!! The condo was just perfect for our family! We so appreciate the opportunity the owners gave us to relax and enjoy our family together. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the location is so convenient.
Our family of four found this unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the update to the decor and felt as though we were staying in a place that people care about. With younger children, it was convenient to be close to the pool which we could see from the lanai. The tree off the lanai provided privacy and a pleasant view. We walked the beach, but swam south. The grocery store is very convenient. We did not sleep with the a/c on which allowed voices from the street to carry in at night, but felt very safe and that we received excellent value for our hard-earned money, especially when compared to the unit our parents stayed in (B 201) which I would not recommend as they were charged more for a less comfortable stay.
I stayed here for a week (actually I leave tomorrow ) and I love this place. I came alone and have felt very safe the entire time.
The kitchen is very well equipped, the queen size bed is so comfortable and the place was very clean.
There is everything you need for the beach from beach chairs, towels, cooler bags, beach matts to boogie boards.
The owners were very helpful as well.
I will be back for sure!

For a deposit refund less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If you have to cancel within the 60 day time frame, we will make every effort to rent the unit to another party. If we are successful the amount refunded would be pro-rated, fee applies.
$200.00 booking/security deposit is due upon reservation. This amount is over and above the total amount due. The $200.00 booking deposit is held as security and returned 14 days after departure. It is retained only if any damage has occurred or items are missing from the unit, normal wear and tear excluded.
