Room To Spread Out On This Country Estate, Easy Access To Town

Cobble Hill Farm, located on 21 acres only a few miles from the center of Williamstown, MA is the perfect setting for a family or small group vacation. Comfortably sleeping twelve, with expansive decks and property for walking, sledding, or a dip in the pool, you will find activities and attractions for all ages. With close proximity to the Williamstown Summer Theater and local museums, as well as myriad outdoor activities in this picturesque, small New England rural setting, family and friends will feel like they are miles away while having easy access to restaurants, skiing in the winter, golf in the summer, shopping and services. Spend the day hiking and end with a barbeque on the deck or marshmallow toasting around the fire pit or tour the Clark Art Institute followed by drinks at one of our many quality dining facilities, families and groups will find much to do and the ability to relax and recharge at our farm retreat every season of the year.
About Chuck Hunt

Chuck's family has owned the farm property for nearly 100 years. We built our home around an existing home in 2005 to raise our growing family -- three girls including a set of twins. We built the barn and riding facilities in 2007 to run a riding program for children and adults. Today, we are living in Middlebury, VT where Jane has a full time job running an education technology company.

With plenty of room for family and friends, close to wonderful cultural, sports and outdoor attractions with many choices for dining out, our property is the perfect site to relax year round. Whether visiting Williams College for a prospective student or as an alum, many people make Williamstown an annual destination.

What makes this farmhouse unique

We have an outdoor pool with a large deck with breathtaking views, a large great room with a pool table, a functional kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, dishwasher. Our country dining room has a large table with access through french doors to a wrap around deck. The great room has a working fireplace and a pool table. Our rural setting allows you to watch the neighbor's cows graze, have a game of wiffleball or frisbee and we have an awesome hill for sledding in the winter. Every room in our home is light-filled and the many windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
