Community swimming pool, minature golf, playground, boat ramp. local shopping and just minutes to the beach and Ocean City/Bethany/Fenwick. New appliances, waterfornt view from every window. Flat screen TV's, smart TV, DVD, full internet access new appliances, washer/dryer. Waterfront sunroom with HVAC. This point lot has it all. Lots of local golf, shopping, beach, biking., restaurants etc. Open view of Barnes Landing State Park. You can crab from the bulkhead just feet out of your door.

This point lot has spectactular water views from sunrise to sunset. Eat on the porch overlooking the bay with it's waterfowl & wild life. Enjoy the Swann Keys pool & other amenities. This home is so comfortable that you can hang out for days & not have to go anywhere else. If you decide to head out, the beach is just minutes up the road the Ocean City's night life, boardwalk & dining out. You can park for free for the beach in Ocean City which is just a couple blocks past Rte. 54. Fenwick has great food, music & Bayside has programs on a regular basis. There is good shopping in all directions!
