This locally owned, south facing unit overlooks Steamboat's beautiful Yampa Valley. The Scandinavian Lodge is located in one of Steamboat's most prestigious neighborhoods, just steps away from the Thunderhead Express Lift! The free shuttle service provides you with transportation to the base of the ski area, local grocery stores, downtown shopping, and many amazing Steamboat restaurants. This condo features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper, and a balcony with stunning views. After a long day on the slopes, enjoy the heated (90 degree) indoor/outdoor pool or relax in the hot tub and catch a beautiful Colorado sunset! This condo is well cared for and in great condition.

The advantages you will have by staying at my condo are numerous. I understand that when traveling or on vacation, you want everything to be perfect and hassle free. Your stay at Scandinavian Lodge will be just that. Your unit will be fully stocked with linens, towels, a 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and plentiful cooking equipment. This condo is CLEAN! So many condo rentals (especially when managed by large companies) are not cared for properly. I strive for excellence and will make sure your rental is clean, sanitary and properly equipped for your stay. Should any concerns arise during your visit, I am only a phone call away and happy to help. I have lived, worked and played in Steamboat Springs for nearly a decade and will let you in on some Steamboat secrets. I can recommend the best places to ski, apres ski, dine, shop and recreate. Scandinavian Lodge Unit #203 is in a prime location. It is a mere 150 yard walk to access the Thunderhead Express Lift, or you can ski to the base of Mt. Werner to ride the Gondola. If that doesn’t float your boat, you can take the FREE SHUTTLE to Ski Time Square, placing you just steps from the Gondola, lift ticket office, ski school meeting area, restaurants, shops and bars.

Great location. Nice Condo with great views and a block walk to upper lifts. Met some nice people and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Kids had a blast and plenty of areas to excercise the dog.

Fantastic location, Fantastic Experience

Looking for an economical, slope-side rental we found this fine unit at the Scandinavian Lodge at Steamboat. Situated so close to the Thunderhead Lift, we experienced early morning powder and no lines. The lodge is literally 200 paces from the lift. We soaked in the pool, read on the sunny deck and cooked some great meals in a small but well equipped kitchen. Our host, was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us some good ski and restaurant tips and brought us a nice bottle of wine. You just don't get that brand of kindness elsewhere. We are planning to come back next summer and bike from this great find!

Can't complain at all. Condo building is a little old but interior of condo was updated. Location is great. You can walk to a lift and it is only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Owner is very responsive and great to work with. We will be back. Perfect little condo for a couple.

Great Condo!!

The cleanest unit we have rented in Scandinavian Lodge. Great location overlooking the pool and the valley. What a view!! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Clean, comfy bed! Peter was very easy to work with. Skiers know this is the place to stay!! Skip the Gondola Line and take the shuttle to Thunderhead. Ski in the morning and soak in the evening; what could be better? Don't think this is just for winter, great hiking trails right there for summer! We will back!
