Unforgettable Stay at Los Feliz

We stayed at this wonderful house for 4 days in April 2013. We, a family of 5 enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was as described.
It was a pleasure to meet Angela, our host. She came around and explained everything relevant. When texting her it took only a few minutes to get an answer.
Highlights:
Heated Pool - Get the pool heated to fully enjoy it!
Space - The house provides easily enough space for a party of 8-10 people.
Stereo - There is a small room with a stereostation which allows you to plug in your iPod and enjoy the music in every room of the house, even outside at the pool. Great!
Clean & New: The house is very clean and everything seems to be new.
Drawbacks:
If there is something, then only the location. You can hear some traffic when you're outside at the pool area. But we noticed this most probably only because we're from a very quite spot in Switzerland.
Would I recommend it? Well, we visit this area almost every year - From now on we will rent this house if it is available. It was simply great!
