2 Br/2bath Beautifully Furnished Condo With Golfing Privileges

You'll be staying in a beautifully furnished, fully equipped two bedroom, two bath insw cape coral, Florida's fastest growing city. You'll have full internet service, cable TV and phone service with free long distance calling anywhere in USA or Canada, besides the enjoyment of a large heated community pool and spa. Yes, there's even a washer and dryer and you'll love the marble counter and vanity tops. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Shopping is within walking distance and about 1/4 mile from cape harbor marina, a waterfront development with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, bars and entertainment.

You'll be playing your golf at palmetto-pine country club, cape coral's only private club. It's an arthur hill design, par 72 championship layout with 5 tees stretching from 5197 to 6700 yards, near, along or over water on 11 of the 18 challenging holes. Sounds tough but it's a course you'll enjoy playing every time.

The vacation/golf package being offered is from Nov 30 2012 through April 30, 2013. That's 6 months and a day and that avoids the 11% sales and bed tax imposed by Florida on shorter visits. Actually, we're ready for you right now so you can come as soon as you are able.

Since palmetto-pine is a private club and has rules and regulations like all private clubs, their 'seasonal membership' extends only from January 1 to april30. So for December and may of our package program, your green fees will be charged to my personal account which i will be personally responsible for. I am a life member of 27 years. On january 1, 2013, your seasonal membership kicks in and you will have full membership privileges (except for voting) and you are encouraged to join in all the club's active golfing and social activities for both men and women.

There is a minimum bar bill of $400 per couple but I'm certain you'll enjoy our cousin e and friendly bar. All other personal charges will be on your credit card----no cash.

Your total cost for one couple, including your lodging and golf for the full six months is $23,000.00 for two couples, it is $16,500 per couple. That's only $90 per day, per couple, for delux lodgings and golf. Golfing charges are based on up to six rounds per week and include the use of a club cart and all taxes. Driving range balls and privileges and club storage in the proshop is also included. Additional rounds played will be billed at $40 per round including cart and taxes.

If interested, i would require 25% with your application plus $500 security fee and $125 cleaning cost. The security fee will be returned within two weeks less any damage cost or damaged or missing equipment. After you've been here a week and have sampled everything I've promised, the balance owing must br remitted. If you're not happy with our facilities, vacate by December 30, 2012 and owe nothing more. The security fee will be refunded per the regular terms. I can't be more fair than that.
