Enjoy this luxurious villa yourself! Just a few miles away from the parks but still located in a quiet and calm community. The backside of the house has a big patio, terrace, heated pool and a spa. This house has a lake view which makes you feel perfectly comfortable. Our villa is located in the direction of the numerous theme parks close by. Due to this, Disney’s fireworks can be seen from your private pool every night! The villa has 5 bedrooms where 12 people can stay in total.

Our villa is located in a neighborhood called ‘’Rolling Hills’’ in subdivision Formosa Garden, which belong to one of the most popular and luxury districts of Kissimmee.

When arriving at Orlando International Airport it takes you about 35 minutes to get to the villa. Do you want to relax a day at the beach it is about a hour driving to either the east coast, the Atlantic Ocean or the west coast, the Gulf of Mexico.

Furthermore you can find two large supermarkets in the area, Winn-Dixie and Publix. As you can see on the map below, a highway is really close to the house, US Highway 192 where a lot of restaurants, fast food restaurants and shops like Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens are located.
