A relaxed 7 minute walk to Town/Main Street (also 1/2 mile to Francis St beach), the location is perfect - close to everything: town, beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ATM, package store, bikepath. (The bike path to Surfside Beach (3 miles) is at the end of street). Two off-street parking spaces are provided.
Pretty red rose and white hydrangea gardens surround the house and well-maintained property. For 2013 and beyond, the main patio is upgraded with a brand new teak patio set (table/6 chairs/umbrella) and a new propane grill.
The upstairs Master bedroom, with a connecting ensuite bath, offers graceful living with a new Queen-size 4-poster canopy bed (also new mattress) and new end tables. Also new in the Master is a generously-sized lady's dressing/makeup table and mirror.
A second upstairs bedroom features a King bed, which converts to 2 twin beds (new mattresses for 2013). All linens and towels throughout the house are new for 2013.
The downstairs Queen bed with connecting bath features a walk-out to a private patio - perfect for enjoying the morning's first cup of coffee or tea, and warm breakfast or lunch treats from Nantucket Bakery.

New Hunter-Douglas plantation shutters have been installed throughout the downstairs living areas adding to the serenity and privacy of the house.
The roomy dining room (also newly furnished), features two gate-leg tables (42 in. and 60 in.) Depending upon your needs for dining room seating, our staff will set up the smaller table to seat 4, or the larger table to seat 6 or more: roomy comfort for all in either option.
The dining room also features a wood burning stove, steps away from a simple but functional country kitchen which includes new cookware and utensils for 2013. A new gas cooktop/oven is also installed for 2013 guests.
The living room features a bright and open floor plan - cozily comfortable and luxuriously furnished.
All bedrooms have in-room A/C, as does the living room (which also cools the dining room). For those occasionally cool nights, the living room's thermostatically-controlled radiant floor heat is a luxury treat for cool toes!
