3 Bedroom/2 Bath, Golf Cart, In Johnson Ranch

Pool heated in the Winter and chilled in the summer. A quiet relaxing get away home that was remodeled in 2012, and completely furnished with new furniture and appliances. We put in King-sized beds in all 3 bedrooms, with brand new high quality mattresses, so there's no need to argue about who gets the Master Bedroom, because everyone gets a King sized bed. A good night sleep is always one of our goals in getting away for some R & R, so we wanted to make sure you will get a good night's sleep as well. The backyard is a very relaxing setting to enjoy some peace and solitude while you lounge by the pool to soak up some sun. Or perhaps you'll like to take a nap while floating in the pool on an inflatable. There is a covered patio if you'd prefer to curl up with a good book, or enjoy the morning paper with your coffee, or surf the net on your laptop. A brand new street legal golf cart that seats 4 is available for your use to whisk around the community, head across the street to the grocery store (and Starbucks), up to the clubhouse for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or just a late night cruise around the neighborhood.

About Dave Olson

We are 2 brothers from Seattle who wanted to buy a getaway house to wisk our wives out of the rain and into the warm Arizona sunshine. We spent a year doing some 'research' (and golfing), and finally found the home that fit what we were looking for. Our wives wholeheartedly agreed with our choice, and we think you will too.

It's a great house to getaway for a peaceful relaxing time, play a little golf, dine at some nice restaurants, take a walk, and enjoy some time by the heated pool in the backyard, (which also can be chilled in the summer months). In addition to the 18 Championship golf course, there are 3 community heated pools and hot-tubs, a free 9-hole pitch and putt course, Frisbee golf, a catch and release pond, tennis courts, and the all important Starbucks across the street.

A street legal golf cart that seats 4 for your use around the community, a private heated or chilled pool in the backyard, and King sized beds in all 3 bedrooms.

Situated about 45 minutes south of the Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix, and about 15 minutes south of Gateway airport in Mesa. Nice relaxing getaway location inside gated section of a golf course community, Johnson Ranch, with it's own 18 hole Championship golf course. Numerous local restaurants to choose from, and several other golf courses nearby to expand your options. A safe walking community, with hiking available in nearby San Tan Valley Regional Park.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property to friends and would rent this house again. Extremely clean and well kept. Owners were very helpful and photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance. Accomodations were superb. Reccommend-golf-Johnson Ranch Golf, Restaurants-San Tan Flats, Rossati's pizza, Olive Mill, Tortilla Flats. Easy access to Phoenix-Mesa Airport.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
