Amazing Beachside Condo made for you to enjoy!

We just completed a total renovation on this beachside condo. It is dreamy! Hardwood floors in the main living area, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths and new carpet in the bedroons. New Kitchen and bath cabinets, SS Appliances & dome lighting in the kitchen, all new furniture and a large flat screen T.V., electric awning over the patio where you can sit, relax and enjoy the soft ocean breezes, fresh paint, new window treatments and much more.

Sea Woods is a 53 acre beachside community. It features 3 swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, exercise room, 4 tennis courts, walking paths and more. You can walk to shops, restaurants, liquor shop and to the beach!

New Smyrna's Beaches are the best! You must take time to endulge yourself and enjoy it's beauty. One of our favorite spots to visit in New Smyrna Beach is Smyrna Dunes Park, located on the most northern tip of the peninsula. It is a pristine, 73 acre park with five ecosystems, ocean, river, dunes, and scrub and saltwater marsh. The park is surrounded by water and it is a great place for sunnin, surfing, swimming, fishing boating and shelling. It is fun to watch the fishing and charter boats come and go out of the Atlantic Ocean via the Ponce Inlet Jetty. Smyrna Dunes offers unique opportunities for naturalists, ecologists, students and the general public to view a large variety of animals, reptiles, marine life and vegetation. It is the perfect place to go for a picnic, relax and take in a beautiful sunrise or sunset!

New Smyrna Beach is a quaint seaside community. It is well known for it;s 13 mile stretch of pristine beach, numerous parks, boating, fishing, golf, great health spas, Art Galleries, fine restaurants of just about every cuisine, surfing and nice friendly people!

National Geographic recently voted New Smyrna Beach one of the 'World's 20 Best Surf Towns'! The article said that New Smyrna Beach has about '300 surfable days a year, warm water and great fishing?' Our seaside community has a historic downtown that is known for it's quaint shops, rustic taverns, fabulous restaurants, and a 1920 drugstore with a real soda fountain! New Smyrna Beach was named one of the '100 Best Small Art Towns in America'. There are lots of things for you to do in New Smyrna Beach. So...if you can, get here if you can and enjoy!

We are surround by water, have little island to go exploring, protected waterways to jet ski, fish, water ski or hop on the Water Taxi and take a ride to the Light House at Ponce Inlet

  • January, February and March monthly rentals are $2250 a month plus
