A vacation villa for a dream vacation

The L-shaped vacation villa, with a plan living area of 220 m² was finished in 2003, and it fulfils all your expectations. The house has 2 living rooms, a master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms (one with sliding door towards the pool), 1 office, dining room, and a wonderful, open, typical American kitchen, which invites you to cook, sit and chat. The very warmly painted house (both indoors and outdoors) is located in a silent dead-end street, so that the guests are not disturbed by the traffic noise. It is also a paradise for children. The garden is typical for this region and it has many palm trees and a high ficus corner, that offers a lot of privacy. The cloud-shaped pool can be heated, and it gives you a tropical feeling with its 2 waterfalls. There is a barbecue on gas, so that you can have the original barbecue atmosphere on the terrace. For small tours, there are 2 bikes in the garage, as well as a lot of bathing toys and an airbed for the pool turmoil.
