The L-shaped vacation villa, with a plan living area of 220 m² was finished in 2003, and it fulfils all your expectations. The house has 2 living rooms, a master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms (one with sliding door towards the pool), 1 office, dining room, and a wonderful, open, typical American kitchen, which invites you to cook, sit and chat. The very warmly painted house (both indoors and outdoors) is located in a silent dead-end street, so that the guests are not disturbed by the traffic noise. It is also a paradise for children. The garden is typical for this region and it has many palm trees and a high ficus corner, that offers a lot of privacy. The cloud-shaped pool can be heated, and it gives you a tropical feeling with its 2 waterfalls. There is a barbecue on gas, so that you can have the original barbecue atmosphere on the terrace. For small tours, there are 2 bikes in the garage, as well as a lot of bathing toys and an airbed for the pool turmoil.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the Easter and Christmas holidays, the house is to be rented for minimum 2 weeks a least. The weekly US-Dollar-rate is 770 plus tax. Electricity and water consumption (approx. 65 Dollars per week total) are charged separately. There is an additional 120 US Dollar flat rate for final cleaning to be paid directly to the cleaning company at checkout. The security deposit is 250 Dollars and will be due upon signing the rental contract.

Notes: The house is very well equipped. We have thought of each and every detail. There is top quality crockery, glasses and dinnerware for 12 people. In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine, an electric kettle, as well as a toaster. Towels, beach towels and bathing towels are available. Wir waren vonm 5.5.2009 bis zum 19.5.2009 Gäste in der "Villa Carpe Diem", welche wir mit gleich 6 Personen gemietet hatten. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen in allen Punkten erfüllt, nein, sogar übertroffen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und in einem einwandfreiem Zustand, sodass wir den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Auch für unsere doch recht große Gruppe hat die Villa genügend Platz geboten. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Mit den Vermietern und der Hausverwaltung hat im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort alles reibungslos geklappt. Gerade die Bootstour, welche vom Hausverwalter angeboten wird, können wir nur jedem ans Herz legen. Sollten wir unseren Urlaub wieder in Cape Coral verbringen, werden wir garantiert versuchen noch einmal die "Villa Carpe Diem" zu buchen!

Man sieht, was den Gästen wichtig ist, als Vermieter leisten wir viel Vorarbeit in Form von Tipps, Unterstützung der verschiedenen Fragen etc. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist immens wichtig, da sie der "erste" Ansprechpartner der Gäste ist - wir verlassen uns ganz auf unsere Hausverwaltung, die in allen Bereichen erstklassig arbeitet.

Ferienhaus zum Wiederkommen

Wir haben die Ferienvilla schon dreimal bewohnt und werden es bestimmt wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Die Angaben über Einrichtung und Größe des Hauses entsprechen den Tatsachen. Erst vor Ort kann man sich ein genaues Bild machen, wie großzügig der Schnitt des Hauses mit den Wohn-, Schlaf- und Sanitärräumen ist, wie geschmackvoll und mit Liebe die Möblierung ausgewählt wurde und wie engagiert die Eigentümer den Zustand erhalten. Auch der Aussenbereich mit seiner herrlichen Bepflanzung ist gewiss ein sehenswertes Aushängeschild. Rund um den gepflegten Pool kann man sich entspannen und den Tag genießen vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen incl. BBQ.
Cape Coral ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, z.B. Pine Island, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, oder zum Golfen auf den umliegenden Plätzen. Für Kulturinteressierte bieten sich Ausflüge nach Sarasota (Ringling Museum) und St. Petersburg (Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts) an.
Und natürlich kommen auch die Kaufinteressenten nicht zu kurz. Viele Lebensmittelmärkte, Einkaufszentren und Outlets laden zum Bummeln und Kaufen ein. Das Angebot an Restaurants ist vielfältig vom preiswerten All-you-can-eat-Buffet (Pizza oder Asiafood) bis zum Edelitaliener.
Insgesamt ist Carpe Diem eine Spitzenempfehlung für Urlaub und Freizeitgestaltung.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Einfach nur SUPER. Ein Traumhaus, wo alle Wünsche erfüllt wurden. Helles, sauberes, freundliches, liebevolles eingerichtete Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Morgens in der Sonne frühstücken und Abends wurden leckere Sachen gegrillt, was will man mehr??? Durch die Poolheizung ist der Pool jederzeit zu benutzten, was natürlich unsere Söhne in vollen Zügen genossen haben.
Sehr gute Informationen vor, während und nach dem Urlaub von Familie Rampp und der Hausverwaltung Steinbrunner vor Ort. Wir waren 100% zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Mehr als PERFEKT! Ein Haus mit viel HERZ!!!

Wir, mein Mann und ich durften vom 04.08.08-19.08.08 in dem wunderschönen Haus, bzw. in der TRAUMVILLA unseren Urlaub verbringen. Dieses Haus kann man wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Von dem ersten Telefonkontakt (die Buchung) mit den Hausbesitzern, bis hin zum Abreisetag in Cape hat alles EINWANDFREI geklappt. Wir wurden vor der Reise "überschüttet" mit Info`s (Einkaufmglkt., Restaurantes, ect.) Herzlichsten DANK dafür.
Das Haus ist mit größter Liebe eingerichtet. Uns hat es an NICHTS gefehlt. Regelmäßig kamen die Gärtner und der "Poolboy" , die das wohlfühlen verstärkten, in dem alles gepflegt & SUPER SAUBER gemacht wurde.
Der Pool: Einfach traumhaft..- ein Paradies. (SAUBER!!!)
Die Gegend: Sehr ruhig und sehr sicher. Man braucht definitiv keine Angst haben :o)
Die deutschen Hausverwalter in Cape sind sehr Hilfsbereit gewesen (wir hatten hier und da Fragen, uns wurde sehr geholfen).

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft, die auch bei Fragen/"Pannen" immer weiterhelfen.

......Wir beneiden alle zukünftigen Bucher für den Traumurlaub in der fantastischen Villa.......

Schöner als jedes Foto

Es bleibt bei der Ausstattung kein Wunsch offen, ob Handtücher, Tiegel, Geschirr..., alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Man kann sich wirklich gut selbst verpflegen, an alles ist gedacht. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, selbst Bücher ( viele Krimis!! )CD`s und Reiseführer sind vorhanden. Die Aussenanlagen sehr gepflegt und wem es mal langweilig wird, kann sich auf die vorhandenen Räder schwingen.
Der Pool ist sooo schön, dazu blauer Himmel und Palmen, was will man mehr. Die Lage ist absolut klasse, ruhig gelegen und zum Supermarkt ( Publix) sind es ca.5 min.Fahrzeit. Die Bilder beschreiben nicht wie groß alles ist. Es war unser viertes gemietetes Haus in Cape Coral, aber mit Abstand das schönste, auch vom Preis sehr empfehlenswert.
