Beautiful 2000+ square foot bungalow is waiting for you to come and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Walk in the front door and find our spacious living room with views to the backyard, patio and pool. Here you can sit and enjoy a good book, play board games or just sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa.

Our home boasts a fully appointed kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, the fridge has an ice and water dispenser. Laundry room is just off the kitchen.

Family room has 2 leather sofas and a recliner where you can sit and watch the latest golf game on the 42 inch television or maybe put a movie in the dvd player. You also have access to the patio.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a 42 inch television. The en-suite has double sinks, bathtub, separate shower and a huge walk-in closet. You can also access the patio from the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms all have queen size beds. All 4 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and alarm clocks so you won't miss your tee time.

Outside you will find the covered patio with ceiling fan and sun shade. Cool and refreshing pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Barbecue. Lounge chairs.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing get away.
