Location: Tahoe Donner, Lake Tahoe North Shore CA, Lake Tahoe California, California, USA (10 minutes to Donner Lake and 25 minutes to Lake Tahoe!)

Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Luxury log cabin high up in the Tahoe Donner area with wonderful mountain views. The great room has a wood burning stove, 46 inch flat screen tv with surround sound stereo speaker system, DirectTV, free wifi and DVD player.

The kitchen has granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. There is an outdoor Weber grill as well. Large Dining table seats 8-10 people and is perfect for family gatherings and dinners.

Bedrooms:3 bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King sized bed. 46 inch flat screen TV with Directv, DVR and DVD player. Full bathroom.

Main level bedroom: Queen sized log bed . Full bath just outside door of bedroom. This bathroom has a shower and claw-foot bathtub as well.

Downstairs bedroom: Bunk beds: Full and twin sized beds. Full bathroom.

Laundry- Washer and Dryer.

Tahoe Donner guest passes are available upon request as well.

Summer activities: golf courses, tennis courts, equestrian center, swimming pools, archery, recreation center, work-out facility, hot tubs and sauna, biking and hiking trails, access to the Donner Lake Private Beach and Marina.

In winter families with small children can ski at the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort which is only 3 minutes by car from our front door!

Skiing and Snowboarding: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Sugar Bowl are 15-25 minutes away.

Currently live in Mill Valley, CA. Have been skiing, snowboarding andy playing golf in Tahoe Donner since the mid 90's.

Why Scott Arwin chose Truckee

We had been renting homes in the Tahoe Donner for a few years and decided why not buy our own house that we can go to for long weekends, weekly vacations and also rent out when not there. We found a beautiful luxury log cabin and made it our home.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with this home the minute we pulled in the driveway to take our first look at the house. The views of the mountains. The deer that walk by in the Summer. The proximity to many World Class ski areas and golf courses. We were just wowed!

This is a beautiful cabin with a warm and rustic touch nestled in a convenient and woodsy surrounding. Owner was very easy to contact and responds promptly to questions and needs. The house is very clean and contains all that you need for a vacation getaway.

Excellent house, great amenities and very convenient

This is a great place to stay for long or short vacations. The house is well furnished with modern furniture and appliances. It has an awesome kitchen, utensils, cable, internet, etc and great views from the balcony. Very close to Tahoe-Donner Ski Area. Great for young kids learning to ski.

Its a good 4-5 miles away from the town center so stock up when you reach the place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
