Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths ( Sleeps 4-6)

2- story 2BR/ 2BA, with private entrance and private parking in front of the unit. This is an end unit and is located in the Shamrock community. New cabinets, countertops and bar in the kitchen. 54-inch flat screen w/DVD in main living room with queen sofa sleeper an wood- burning fireplace. 32-inch flat screen in main bedroom with vaulted ceilings. This bedroom has a new memory foam mattress on the king bed. Mud room with a bench and ski/boot storage. Upstairs has a renovated bathroom and queen bed with television. Plenty of kids toys. Private deck with steps to the spacious back yard. New washer and dryer. Cable and WiFi.

Complex has a tennis court and pavilion with games and charcoal grill.
