Living room with fireplace and flat screen TV with bluray player, kitchen with gas stove and all the amenities, master bedroom with large television, bluray player, custom bedding and large closet, as well as bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with queen bed and flatscreen TV/bluray player, third bunkroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, flat screen tv and bluray player. Hall bathroom with combination tub and shower. Large mudroom with bench for removing skis after a long day on the slopes. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. One car detached garage. Large lot with shade trees, patio and patio furniture. Barbecue for outdoor grilling. Backs onto city park, with skateboard park, playground, basketball court and baseball diamonds.

My husband and I are both from the midwest, but we are long term residents of Utah for the past 20 years. He has been all over the world as a pilot, and I have stayed close to home as a physician, taking care of our children and pets. We feel fortunate to call Utah home, as it is a beautiful and friendly place to live. It is indeed, the 'greatest snow on earth'.

Why Gina Lewis chose Park Avenue

My husband and I purchased this home because we love this area and its close proximity to skiing and all the fun summer activities in Park City, from the 4th of July 'Miner's Parade' that passes right in front of the house, to the Sunday 'Silly Market' on historic Main Street. We are long time residents of Utah, and hope to retire to this house in a few years.

What makes this house unique

There are only a few houses in the historic district of old town that have a yard this much fun. It has multiple shade trees, an apple tree, and large patio on a level lot. It is right on the free bus line that goes directly to Park City Mountain. I love to sit on the front porch and watch all the people walk by, exchanging greetings, and occasionally handing out some apples!

We stayed here for 3 nights with another family for our sons' ski races and really enjoyed the property. It was an easy walk to the slopes, the kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious and very clean. Gina, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed this home for our ski vacation. It is close to everything, the grocery store, the ski lifts and the free Park City bus stop is right on Park Ave about a one minute walk from the home. The furniture is comfortable, the hot tub is delightful. It is great to have a garage to park in, as well as a large laundry room and a mud room to store your ski boots. We will definitely return to this home.
