2 master bedrooms and two master baths, plus a sleep sofa in the living room. This home has all the luxury amenities including heated driveways, radiant heat throughout the entire house, a hot tub, deck, steam shower, Viking appliances, walk in closet, washer, dryer, fireplace, flat screen TVs, surround sound in multiple rooms and incredible views. No expense has been spared in this home, which was built in 2007. It has two garages which can fit two cars and the drive ways can hold three additional cars.

The best part of the house is the location. It is located at the top of Main Street in Old Town Park city and is within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shops. The Egyptian Theater is about 200 yards away. There is a parking lot across the street so there are great views of main street and of the entire town from the living room and master bedrooms.

You can pick up the local town trolley 50 ft from the house and cruise up and down Main Street to get to dinner, a show or skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. you can also walk to the ski slopes. About a quarter mile down the street is the bus station which will take you to almost anywhere in Park City including The Canyons and Deer Valley.

It's a great place for a family or a group of friends looking to get away for the holidays, Sundance Film Festival or a ski trip.

It sort of looks from the outside like a town home but it is a freestanding private home with two driveways.

About Geoff Atkinson

We are Geoff and Lindsey, a young (engaged) couple and owners of the home. We feel so lucky to have it! We recently moved from Park City to Denver for a job so we are looking to rent the house out for the winter months. The house is in great shape and we miss it so much. We love to ski, bike and play golf in the Park City area.

Geoff grew up in the Boston area and was a ski racer at Dartmouth College (hence why he loves Park City.) He bought the house while he was an executive at Overstock.com in Salt Lake City.

Lindsey (me) grew up in the Logan, UT area and is a professor at Western Governor's University. We met at Sun dance three years ago and now we are engaged. We just moved to Denver two months ago

We love this home because of how comfortable it is and because of the incredible location. We are young and therefore like to go out to dinner and to the bars. We also love to ski and this house is perfect for that. The hot tub is awesome.

What makes this house unique

After skiing, being able to come home, sit in the hot tub, take a nap, then a steam shower is the absolute best! Then, if we don't just stay home since it is a great house to entertain guests, we can walk out the door and there are tons of things to do. We typically like to go to some of favorite restaurants like Grappa or Wahso.

This home is right downtown in Old Town Park City. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops in Old Town. One of the best locations you can possibly find for the Sun dance Film Festival!

You can take a short shuttle to the ticket booths and lifts at either Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley (ski only) and The Canyons. They are all within 15 minutes.

The house is surrounded by tons of great local restaurants including Grappa, which is right across the street.

Whatever you are looking to do in Park City, this house is in the perfect location. Enjoy!

Great home...Great location

My family stayed in the property for a week in mid-December. The home was beautiful. We especially appreciated the beautiful chef's kitchen and lovely fireplace. The hand scraped wood floors, high ceilings and beautiful touches made it a picturesque mountain lodge. It was so cozy to come home from a day of skiing and curl up on the coach with some hot coffee and light a fire. Then we would head out to the hot tub and enjoy a soak under the stars.
The home easily held our family of 5. The kids loved sleeping on the pullout sofa bed and watching the people on Main Street. With the kids, we took numerous rides on the Main Street trolley and stopped by the local candy store a few times during our stay. For more adult fun we visited many of the local restaurants. We loved Grappa (Italian dining), Bangkok Thai (Thai food) and the Talisker Club (fusion dining). The wine list at Bangkok Thai is a must see.

We will definitely come back. We couldn't be happier with our stay! Thank you.
