LOCATION LOCATION! 3 bedroom house walking distance to the Resort or downtown.

This beautiful home is in the best location in Park City. Everything you could want from a mountain town vacation is within walking distance. Just minutes by foot to the ski runs as well as to Historic Main Street where you can enjoy galleries, museums, shopping, restaurants, bars and night clubs.

A two car garage is on the street level plus two car off street parking. The living area features wood floors, Plasma flat screen tv with Bose 3-2-1 surround, fire place and sofa that make for a cozy relaxing place.

The second floor has a loft that overlooks the living room or closes off to make a completely private bedroom. Another bedroom has 2 queen size beds.

The top level is a cozy master suite with king size bed, a convertible day bed, full bathroom and a private hot tub on the deck.

About John

I'm a pilot for a major airline and fly all over the world. I'm based in Dallas, but live in Park City. This home was my personal residence for many years but I recently got married and moved a few miles away. I'm an avid skier, mountain biker and golfer. I could live anywhere, but I live in the best place in the world. When people ask where my favorite place to travel is, I always say Park City. I love it here!!!

John purchased this townhome in 1995
Why John chose Old Town

I fell in love with my home because of its location, openness and views. My townhome is in the heart of Park City, yet far enough from Main Street that it is quiet.

My home is very comfortable. The kitchen and family room area are the heart of the house for entertaining and lounging around the fireplace. The kitchen is very well laid with out with all the modern appliances.

After all my travels, I have a real appreciation for comfortable beds and pillows. My beds are comfortable pillow tops, with sheets that are soft cotton and the pillows of different firmness.

The hot tub off the top floor is private and cozy.

What makes this townhome unique

The most unique thing about this place is the location. I walk to ski runs, shopping, world class restaurants and the incredible nightlife that Park City is known for.

Best area of Park City for easy access to ski runs as well as shopping, restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to Historic Main Street which boasts world class shops, art galleries, museums and nightlife. Park City Mountain Resort is easily accessed by a flight of stairs and a quick ski down Quit'n Time Run to Town Lift. Deer Valley is 3 miles away and Canyons resort 5 miles.

This is a very cozy and modern arrangement from the granite counter tops in the kitchen, fireplace in the living room, wood floors on the main and a private hot tub on the upper level deck.

The loft can be entirely closed in for a private bedroom or the hidden pocket doors can be opened for a maximum sunlight and openess. The ceiling in all rooms are lofted and give an open and spacious feel.

An attached two car garage is located on the ground floor for access to upper levels of the house.

Great place in a great location!

This place is only two blocks from the downtown area, so we were able to get to all the fun places without driving. The owners were very helpful and concerned that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The description of the place is accurate, and so are the pictures. The living room area was very comfy, and we spent a lot of family time enjoying the fire, playing games, watching our favorite college basketball teams (it was March Madness), and enjoying one another's company. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Park City.

Super house is super location

Just got back from a great trip to Park City and one of the main reasons the trip was so great was because of our stay at this excellent house. The house was even better than described in the description and was plenty big for 3 couples and my 19 month old son.

The owners John and Melissa were fanstastic with recomendations, hot tub maintenance and even greeted us with a 12 pack of local beer. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is gold after a long day on the slopes. Huge tv in the living room was a big hit for all of the sports fans in the group (and my son watching Dora on the dvd player).

Just one flight of stairs up from the house is the the ski run that takes you right to the town lift and 2 flights down puts you right in the middle of main street. Gotta be honest, the flights down are not so bad but after a big meal or multiple libations at No Name Saloon, the flights up were a bit daunting for a few in our group.

All in all, this house is really excellent and the location cant be beat. We will be staying here again next year.

Great location, very helpful owner

The best thing about this house is its location - it is a 5 minute walk up the city stairs to the Park City Mountain Resort slopes and a 5 minute walk down the same stairs to Main Street. The house is nice and the VRBO description is accurate; the owner was very helpful and good to deal with.
