LOCATION LOCATION! 3 bedroom house walking distance to the Resort or downtown.

This beautiful home is in the best location in Park City. Everything you could want from a mountain town vacation is within walking distance. Just minutes by foot to the ski runs as well as to Historic Main Street where you can enjoy galleries, museums, shopping, restaurants, bars and night clubs.

A two car garage is on the street level plus two car off street parking. The living area features wood floors, Plasma flat screen tv with Bose 3-2-1 surround, fire place and sofa that make for a cozy relaxing place.

The second floor has a loft with a queen bed that overlooks the living room or closes off to make a completely private bedroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with trundle, walk in closet and a flat screen tv.

The top level is a cozy master suite with king size bed, daybed, full bathroom and a private hot tub on the deck.

I'm a pilot for a major airline and fly all over the world. I'm based in Los Angeles, but live in Park City. This home was my personal residence for many years but I recently got married and moved a few miles away. I'm an avid skier, mountain biker and golfer. I could live anywhere, but I live in the best place in the world. When people ask where my favorite place to travel is, I always say Park City. I love it here!!!

John purchased this townhome in 1995

I fell in love with my home because of its location, openness and views. My townhome is in the heart of Park City, yet far enough from Main Street that it is quiet.

My home is very comfortable. The kitchen and family room area are the heart of the house for entertaining and lounging around the fireplace. The kitchen is very well laid with out with all the modern appliances.

After all my travels, I have a real appreciation for comfortable beds and pillows. My beds are comfortable pillow tops, with sheets that are soft cotton and the pillows of different firmness.

The hot tub off the top floor is private and cozy.

The most unique thing about this place is the location. I walk to ski runs, shopping, world class restaurants and the incredible nightlife that Park City is known for.

We chose this property in part because of the rave reviews of the property owners. As described, they were responsive and seemed always to be available for questions or suggestions. The property itself is very attractive and was conveniently located. We would definitely recommend renting here and will do so again ourselves.

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE

Location is perfect. Two block walk to all the restaurants and bars on Main Street and within walking distance of Park City's Townlift. Very comfortable and well equipped and we'll be back for sure. Owners were awesome and even helped us out with a locked door despite being out of town.

WONDERFUL PARK CITY RENTAL!

We enjoyed such a wonderful stay at this home! Conveniently located, this rental was ideal for our group's stay in Janaury. We were able to easily get to/from the Main Street area in Old Town by walking, and plenty of shuttles were available to get around to different areas quickly. The owners of this rental are incredibly kind and attentive, we look forward to staying at their home again! The home is really lovely and has a nice configuration to accommodate multiple guests comfortably. We loved being able to use the great washer/dryer on the main floor and the outdoor hot tub was such a delight for guests in our group! Truly looking forward to returning to this location the next time we're in Park City. Highly recommend staying here!

FANTASTIC HOUSE IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION

I rented this house for me and 5 other guys as a part of a ski trip. No one had seen the pictures except me before we arrived. The other 5 guys were blown away by how nice the house was when we walked in. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spread out during the stay. Hot tub was great after long days of skiing. One day we were headed to Snowbird but it was snowing so hard the roads looked dangerous so we just grabbed our skis and walked up the stairs to the Quit'n time trail and skied powder all day at Park City. I honestly thought the walk would be harder than it turned out to be. We scaled the stairs pretty quick and clicked in trailside.

But the best part of the house was the proximity to Main Street. the walk down the stairs to Main street to the NoName and O'Shucks was a piece of cake. the walk back up was slightly harder, but still not an issue. Owners were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. All in all a 5 star stay. We'll try to reserve this house again the next time we come back to Park City.

Great place!! On quiet street. Pictures are definitely accurate, décor is nice. All beds are comfy and warm. Just an FYI, the stairs are plenty and steep in the home. John has a detailed description of how to ski in and ski out to home, very helpful! You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to access trail for ski out and come down same stairs for ski in. Garage is tight for a regular size Yukon in length of garage but ample in width. Plenty of rubber mats for wet shoes, boots. Places for snowboards and skis in garage. Gas grill was a plus and worked great. Cooked simple breakfasts and dinners for 5 on 3 days with no issues in regard to pots, pans, plates, ect. The owners are accommodating, responsive and pleasant. Just a phone call or text away. Would definitely recommend this home!!

Owner's Response: Thank you Michele for your review. You are correct, a large vehicle is a tight fit. However, one of my favorite features of my home in Old Town is that it actually has a garage, much less ample parking space, which is rare in that area. Even though the fit is tight, I parked my Avalanche there, which is about a foot longer than a Yukon.

Had a great time at this location. Handled 9 adults well. Owners were a delite to deal with when we needed something. House is a bit under equipped for 9 people even though advertises for 10. Owners are new renters and learning the business. Overall very good. Great location.

Best area of Park City for easy access to ski runs as well as shopping, restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to Historic Main Street which boasts world class shops, art galleries, museums and nightlife. Park City Mountain Resort is easily accessed by a flight of stairs and a quick ski down Quit'n Time Run to Town Lift. Deer Valley is 3 miles away and Canyons resort 5 miles.

This is a very cozy and modern arrangement from the granite counter tops in the kitchen, fireplace in the living room, wood floors on the main and a private hot tub on the upper level deck.

The loft can be entirely closed in for a private bedroom or the hidden pocket doors can be opened for a maximum sunlight and openess. The ceiling in all rooms are lofted and give an open and spacious feel.

An attached two car garage is located on the ground floor for access to upper levels of the house.
