6-8 People. Fully appointed with fresh linens, towels

And two separate living areas. Enjoy star gazing from the comfort of your own covered deck with private hot tubs. There are two hot tubs at this retreat, one on each level.

Plus, a perfect view of skiers going up the mountain and coming down from the comfort of your own private retreat.

Enjoy watching t.v. On either of the three flat panels or enjoy listening on either stereo.

Downstairs living complete with gas fireplace and very comfortable leather sofas & beautiful decor.

This retreat has an assortment of games and movies for your entertaining pleasure.

Hi we are delighted in sharing our Three Bears Alpine Retreat with you.

There are so many adventures to enjoy here from hiking, skiing, sailing, horseback riding, ATV & Mt. Biking, etc.

We enjoy dining at the Chart House minutes away.

And, chatting it up with the local folk at the Fox & Hound.

We love skiing, hiking and biking, too!

Why Debra or Ron chose Heavenly Valley

We were fortunate to stumble upon this wonderfully located mountain retreat.

We felt we wanted to be able to share this fabulous location with others. Ski in, Ski out with perfect powder skiing & The Lake Tahoe Rim Trail hiking steps away.

Just miles away from swimming or Hot Air Ballooning over Sparkling Lake Tahoe.

What makes this condo unique

Ski in ski out. Great views of skiers going up and down the mountain. Quick accessibility to purchase lift tickets or lunch & cocktails. We Really like the Privacy and the design of our newly remodeled Retreat. As well as the two separate covered hot tubs on individual decks.

Relaxing updated decor complete with our own

Personal friendly bear, named Luigi.

We love hiking the Tahoe Rim Trail or taking the Blu-Go

Shuttle downtown when we don' t want to drive or take a taxi.

Thank you three bears condo at Heavenly. The condo was more than I had expected. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There is a downstairs which was perfect for them. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room area with couches, TV and a gas fireplace. They came upstairs for food only. The upstairs had a sitting room, a combo living/dining room and an open kitchen. Also a master bedroom and bath. Not to forget a hot tub on each deck. It is right across from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. My husband found it very convient for ski rental, lessons and lift access. The kids enjoyed sledding in the late afternoon after the lifts closed.
There is a nice cafeteria at the lift. Fox and Hound Pub a few minutes drive and a mini mart next store for breakfast supplies. What a wonderful condo and a fantastic winter getaway experience.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Comfortable, well appointed and charming - just steps to the ski-lift

We visited the 3-bears retreat for a ski-weekend getaway; 5 adults and 4 small kids. It was clean, decorated to a very high standard and had a charming personal touch. We will be visiting again.

Plus points included 2 nice bathrooms, 2 comfortable lounges (one doubles as kitchen/dining room and extra beds for large parties, and a well equipped and modern kitchen for making those traditional family ski meals.

It's ridiculously close to the Stagecoach lift to take you up to the pistes, and you could ski right up to the chalet on your way back. Built-in laundry and ski storage on the ground floor, and parking right outside.

5*s from me - recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A FIVE STAR Experience!

Wow! This place is great!
So comfortable. We loved all of the wonderful personal touches
This place has to offer. And, so close to everything yet so private and calm.
The beds were very comfortable. And, we enjoyed star gazing in the hot tub(s) after hiking the Rim trail, right there @ the front door. What spectacular views of Lake Tahoe just minutes away.
We will definitely be coming up for skiing being that the ski run is
Literally steps away, and with no uphill climbing, actually skiing down to
The ski lift... Perfect!
This remodeled unit looks as if it were Professionally done but better, being that it's not bleak or unfriendly feeling.
It's as if you stepped into your own private home on the Mountain.
We can't wait for snow which should be great @ this 7,600' elevation!
Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow!
We will return this winter to ski and for great hiking this early summer.

Location, Location, Location!

Thank you so much for renting your place. It' s a wonderful floor plan & the
Decor beautiful. Those plush leather couches are sooooo comfortable.
And, how convenient to purchase tickets, and get on the slopes fast!
My wife loved the view and watching skiers come down the mountain
While luxuriating in the hot tubs an added bonus.
We love the tall stuffed bear, Luigi, nice touch!
Very homey, priced great & we' ll be back to hike the Tahoe Rim trail just out
Of your front door!
We took "Blu-Go" just about everywhere so reasonable and no extra
Driving another added Bonus!
