Our 2 bed/2 bath condo has just been renovated and is ready to wow our guests!

The entire unit is brand new and it looks amazing! The 2 bedrooms have new queen beds and we've spared no expense to make sure our guests feel at home. The master bedroom has its own flat screen television as well as a remote to control your fan and light. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub should you want to relax after a tough day at the beach! The second bedroom also has a flat screen tv as well as a remote for the fan and light. Just off the second bedroom is the new walk in shower with glass tiled walls and natural black pebble stone floor.

A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances are at your disposal.

The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa which gives us the oppportunity to make room for up to 6 guests. It also includes a 42' flat screen television with a home theater system that will dock your iPod.

A nice breeze runs thru the place most of the day, so go sit out on the lanai and enjoy the scenery.

The condo is centrally located in Kihei, so almost everything is within a short walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, activities, the beach, nightlife, etc., are all close by.

About Mike Crook

My brothers and I are like most people that visit Maui, we fell in love with the place and its people. We're Canucks from eastern Canada, that enjoy spending time with each other and were looking to find a place that we could all enjoy together as a family. With this in mind we decided to make the move and purchased the unit in early 2012 and over the Summer and early Fall had the place completely renovated. We are now pleased to have a place on the beautiful island of Maui to offer to our family, friends and future guests. We're extremely happy with the results and we're sure you'll agree, so go ahead and book with us - you'll be happy you did!

The main reason we decided on this property was its proximity to almost everything you can imagine. Once you get to the unit, you virtually don't need a car as most everything is within a short walk of the front door. The beach across the street is truly awesome. It appeals the type of beach that appeals to almost everyone. You can walk to the left or right and find places to eat, shop, party, you can swim, snorkel, stand up paddle, surf, and you can sit by the pool, read a book or watch the ever beautiful daily sunset while sitting on the beach.

Look no further!

I was very impressed with this unit. It was updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. It was very spacious and bright. I loved the use of the beach gear! We were located on the third floor with a balcony. There was an elevator for use. The building had a pool hot tub and barbecue area. The unit came with a designated parking space for free. We were literally across the street from Charlie Young Beach! The shops and restaurants were a short stroll away. Mike the owner was reputable, reliable and easy to deal with! Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay!

Great place to stay if you have no kids!!!!

The condo complex is in great shape. The condo suite is excellent! Its spacious, clean, modern great for a family of four. The only downside to this rental property is it is not kid friendly. We have to boys 7 & 9. They are your typical children well manored, polite bit a bit rambunctious. The rules of the pool list are strictly enforced. We had a very bad experience with the security company that watches over the grounds. The only night we used the pool we read the list which included no toys, no dive gear, no floatation devices of any kind. No glass in the pool area as well. We made sure we followed the rules on the night we used the pool except for one the kids had a beachball type ball the wanted to bring. Being the only people in the pool area that night we figured what the heck we are the only ones in the area sure bring the ball guys. How wrong we were! Not 10 mins into our leisure time a security guard showed with a piece of paper with all the rules on. He did t politely ask my wife or myself to follow the rules or be banned from the pool but extremely aggressively go in my face like I had just committed murder or something. All for a beachball! He asked me for my room number which I gave him as we packed up our stuff and left the pool area he stood there with his arms crossed making my wife walk around him. That's when I had enough of his crap and laid into him. I Matched his aggressive attitudeand got right up close to him. That's when he backed down and was like " hey I am just trying to do my job". At which time I then backed off. We had some friends staying around the corner at World Mart or something like that where we used their pool since that place was kid friendly. As we walked to our rental vehicle I noticed on my windshield a piece of paper from the same security guard that the nose of my rental vehicle was too far encroaching on the side walk. I immediately too a pic with my phone for I was no further on the sidewalk then any other car yet I was the only one with apiece of paper. This is now 30 mins after the pool fiasco. I grabbed the paper tossed it in the van and we drove to our friends rental property. As we were driving our the guard had now called for backup and was standing with his arms crossed on the driving staring me down as I drove by him. I not one to back down gave him the stare back with a smile on my face. It seemed to piss him off for he started heckling me as I looked at him in the rearview. End of night with security

Owner's Response: Kyle. I'm so sorry you had to experience this unfortunate confrontation with the security staff at the pool. The pool rules are pretty strict, but this is what they are and we're obliged to follow them. This is why we make sure that everyone is aware of the pool rules before accepting to rent. As you know our rental agreement includes an entire page just for the pool area, that everyone is asked to read and initial. That being said, what happened between you and the security staff is not the right way for them to conduct their duties. Based on your version of the event, it's very disturbing to me that the gentleman you encountered acted the way he did. There are so many other more polite ways to enforce the rules for the pool area or any other rules for that matter.

In the 2 years we've been offering our condo to guests for rent, this is the first time we've heard of such a situation. Many of our past guests have had children under the age of 10 and to my knowledge they haven't had an issue with the security staff. Again, I'm sorry that you had to have such a negative experience while staying with us and please be assured that we'll make an inquiry to the home owner's association about the incident.

Great Central Location

Easy access to all sides of the island. Must eat at 808 Deli and Kinaole Grill Food Truck within walking distance. Beach supplies are a nice addition. Lots of room, clean facilities. Great response time and very accommodating owner. Highly recommended.

Awesome Vacation!!!!!

We had a great time during our stay especially when everything was provided for our convenience. Loved that there was enough beach equipment for the 6 of us. The beach was just a walk away nice silky sand, not a lot of rocks and people, which was nice. The people are so nice and friendly there. We didn't want to leave. It was a quiet and peaceful area during our stay, very relaxing. Thanks Mike for all the fast replies and easy transaction for the condo. We will definitely come back again.

Central location to most things you will need, I would suggest eating at 808 deli for lunch, not the cheapest, around 9 dollars for a sandwich, but one of the best reubens i have had, and Cafe o lei for a nice dinner, both are within walking distance to the south, beach supplies are a bonus with beach right across street. would recommend to all my friends to stay here,

Great Vacation and Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks of vacation in Maui. This condo is centrally located making it easy to do everything we wanted to do. The beach, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. South Kihei is our favorite part of the island to stay in, such an excellent location.
This condo is very well maintained and had been recently remodeled with very nice finishings throughout, great appliances and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen area was the greatest with its huge island and eating bar.
The Condo complex had a very nice pool/jacuzzi and BBQ area that was kept very clean. The people at the complex were so friendly and we got to meet some of the full time residents there. Awesome people!
The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was so very helpful with any questions or concerns we may of had. We sincerely appreciated everything you done for us. Thank you so much!
We enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend this condo. Would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Maui on our next Hawaiian vacation.

Charley Young (Kam 1)

The beautiful Charley Young (Kam 1) beach is right across the street. The beach is awesome and the entire area has a sand bottom, so its easy on the feet. There's a little bit of rock to the right of where you enter the beach and that's a great place to snorkel early in the morning and see the turtles.

To your right and just a 10 minute walk down the street is Kalama Park where they offer daily surf lessons and rentals.

To the left and just a short drive is the Kihei Boat Launch where you can meet up with Captain Don and his crew of the Seafire to take a morning snorkeling tour of the Molokini crater as well as a trip to Turtle Town, a great area where the turtles like to hang out.

If you want to try scuba diving, go see the people at Maui Dreams Dive Shop at the Island Surf complex across from Kalama Park, or get up early and go snorkeling at the Dumps.

As you'll find, there's a wide variety of beaches on Maui, so finding the one that you like the best is all part of the adventure. To just have fun in the surf we like Big Beach, but be advised it can be a little wild at times.

Take in a luau at the Grand Wailea Marriott - best deal for tickets is at Costco.

Take a drive to Ma'alaea and visit the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium or stop by the Pacific Whale Foundation store and become a member. The PWF offers a variety of tours, from whale watching to dinner tours and with the membership you get a discount on all of it.

The great thing about the area where our condo is situated, almost everything you'll need for your time on the island is within walking distance.

As for places to eat, there are alot to choose from and again they are all close by. If you want to know one of the places the locals like then try Da Kitchen. You won't be hungry after you've eaten at Da Kitchen!
