Our 2 bed/2 bath condo has just been renovated and is ready to wow our guests!

The entire unit is brand new and it looks amazing! The 2 bedrooms have new queen beds and we've spared no expense to make sure our guests feel at home. The master bedroom has its own flat screen television as well as a remote to control your fan and light. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub should you want to relax after a tough day at the beach! The second bedroom also has a flat screen tv as well as a remote for the fan and light. Just off the second bedroom is the new walk in shower with glass tiled walls and natural black pebble stone floor.

A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, and all new stainless steel appliances are at your disposal.

The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa which gives us the oppportunity to make room for up to 6 guests. It also includes a 42' flat screen television with a home theater system that will dock your iPod.

A nice breeze runs thru the place most of the day, so go sit out on the lanai and enjoy the scenery.

The condo is centrally located in Kihei, so almost everything is within a short walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, activities, the beach, nightlife, etc., are all close by.

My brothers and I are like most people that visit Maui, we fell in love with the place and its people. We're Canucks from eastern Canada, that enjoy spending time with each other and were looking to find a place that we could all enjoy together as a family. With this in mind we decided to make the move and purchased the unit in early 2012 and over the Summer and early Fall had the place completely renovated. We are now pleased to have a place on the beautiful island of Maui to offer to our family, friends and future guests. We're extremely happy with the results and we're sure you'll agree, so go ahead and book with us - you'll be happy you did!

The main reason we decided on this property was its proximity to almost everything you can imagine. Once you get to the unit, you virtually don't need a car as most everything is within a short walk of the front door. The beach across the street is truly awesome. It appeals the type of beach that appeals to almost everyone. You can walk to the left or right and find places to eat, shop, party, you can swim, snorkel, stand up paddle, surf, and you can sit by the pool, read a book or watch the ever beautiful daily sunset while sitting on the beach.

Central location to most things you will need, I would suggest eating at 808 deli for lunch, not the cheapest, around 9 dollars for a sandwich, but one of the best reubens i have had, and Cafe o lei for a nice dinner, both are within walking distance to the south, beach supplies are a bonus with beach right across street. would recommend to all my friends to stay here,

Great Vacation and Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks of vacation in Maui. This condo is centrally located making it easy to do everything we wanted to do. The beach, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. South Kihei is our favorite part of the island to stay in, such an excellent location.
This condo is very well maintained and had been recently remodeled with very nice finishings throughout, great appliances and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen area was the greatest with its huge island and eating bar.
The Condo complex had a very nice pool/jacuzzi and BBQ area that was kept very clean. The people at the complex were so friendly and we got to meet some of the full time residents there. Awesome people!
The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was so very helpful with any questions or concerns we may of had. We sincerely appreciated everything you done for us. Thank you so much!
We enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend this condo. Would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Maui on our next Hawaiian vacation.

Mid-Kihei Maui Condo Unit-Good Central Location

This property was satisfactory for what we went to Maui for, which was a wedding in South end Kihei/Makena area. The kitchen counter space was great for preparation of food, since caterer was in our travel group, so we did like the kitchen. It had air conditioning, which made the outside temperature tolerable for us from Alaska. Great! It is close to the beach and was in mid-Kihei, so you could get to places, but I do recommend a car. There are 2 designated parking spaces, so this was good, too. We did like the pool and jacuzzi and was never crowded. We were happily glad for the elevator with carrying of food/catered goods and of course all the beach supplied gear for our trips to the beach. There were a few minor items, but nothing major to ruin our stay at the condo. The inside of the condo is nice, but the rest of the property lacked a tropical vacation ambience! But was upkept and clean! And, we were able to drive to those areas we needed to. We appreciate what the owners have done with the unit and its kitchen supplies, made it very easy to prepare food & meals. Thanks for the supply of the beach chairs, etc, too!!! I hope that other travelers and renters take care of what is offered, so that it'll stay nice for other travelers. We sure did appreciate the amenities of the unit, especially the ability to do laundry!

Definitely worth considering

Definitely recommend this property! The location is great: walking distance both north and south to shopping/dining/happy hour spots; less than five minute walk to both Charley Young and Kamaole I beaches: the beaches and the water are perfect! The condo is great; renovation is lovely, great appliances, good furniture, well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys etc. Pool/hot tub/barbecue area is great - again, water just right temperatures, and we often had it to ourselves in the evenings! Fabulous sunsets from the beaches every evening. Really nice to have the long distance phone. Wifi was a problem until we unplugged and re-connected the wireless router, which provided perfect connectivity. Nice small condo property, with pleasant people, the ones we met, though it wasn't very busy. Would definitely go back to this unit.

Great Accomodations on a Great Island

We spent 10 exquisite days here with our 2 girls (12 and 14). Tropical Storm Flossie put a bit of a dent in things for a good day and a half (stayed indoors) but there were no issues at our condo facility. The condo is as reported - fully and nicely renovated, very comfortable. Good beds, nice sheets, nice TV and sound system. The kitchen is well decked out, with tupperware so you can pack stuff for the beach or store leftovers in the fridge. And there is a great list of their favorite restaurants and whatnot with detailed instructions on distance by foot or car - a nice touch. Location is great - near pretty much everything you would need on foot or with a short drive. It's generally quiet at the condo building, so R&R is easy. Nice pool and jacuzzi as well. Having these great beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, snorkels, etc...was real handy. Nice beach right across the street - a 3 to 5 min walk. Lots of good restaurants, too many to name. A simple, informal,and inexpensive lunch or supper treat is at Coconut's (fish & chips?) about 10 mins north by car. We would certainly stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your condo!

Car: recommended

The beautiful Charley Young (Kam 1) beach is right across the street. The beach is awesome and the entire area has a sand bottom, so its easy on the feet. There's a little bit of rock to the right of where you enter the beach and that's a great place to snorkel early in the morning and see the turtles.

To your right and just a 10 minute walk down the street is Kalama Park where they offer daily surf lessons and rentals.

To the left and just a short drive is the Kihei Boat Launch where you can meet up with Captain Don and his crew of the Seafire to take a morning snorkeling tour of the Molokini crater as well as a trip to Turtle Town, a great area where the turtles like to hang out.

If you want to try scuba diving, go see the people at Maui Dreams Dive Shop at the Island Surf complex across from Kalama Park, or get up early and go snorkeling at the Dumps.

As you'll find, there's a wide variety of beaches on Maui, so finding the one that you like the best is all part of the adventure. To just have fun in the surf we like Big Beach, but be advised it can be a little wild at times.

Take in a luau at the Grand Wailea Marriott - best deal for tickets is at Costco.

Take a drive to Ma'alaea and visit the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium or stop by the Pacific Whale Foundation store and become a member. The PWF offers a variety of tours, from whale watching to dinner tours and with the membership you get a discount on all of it.

The great thing about the area where our condo is situated, almost everything you'll need for your time on the island is within walking distance.

As for places to eat, there are alot to choose from and again they are all close by. If you want to know one of the places the locals like then try Da Kitchen. You won't be hungry after you've eaten at Da Kitchen!
