This is a weekly rental. Other units available here if this unit is already booked, so the calendar is often left open to be able to assist you. No College Age Groups Allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates provided are for each 2 BR, 2.5 BA Half, not for the whole unit.

This Luxury Poolside Villa can be rented as a 2 BR, 2.5 Bath that sleeps up to 6 people, or whole as a 4 BR, 4 BA with 2 Half Baths Villa that can sleep up to 12 People. The Two Fins of this Poolside Villa, Fins Left and Fins Right, each have their own Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer and Reserved Off-Street Parking Space.

This unit has a door in the living room that connects the two halves from the inside and a gate in between the two back yards, each with outdoor dining and each with a Gas BBQ Grill. Walk right out of your Back Yard's Gate and into the Heated Pool. The Living Rooms and All Bedrooms have Flat Panel HD TV's. Each Bedroom has it's own Full Private Bath. Each living Room has it's own Half Bath. Each 'Fin' of this Villa has a Master Suite with Balcony directly over the Pool.

The two side-by-side Front Porches are the perfect place to watch all the Bikinis and Buff Bodies on their way to and from the Beach!

Located exactly 2.5 blocks off Duval Street in Old Town Key West, the Beach is entered 1.5 blocks away at the end of our street. The famous Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square is just 5 blocks away. Walk Everywhere! There is absolutely no need for a car, bikes, mopeds or taxis unless you want to use them. If not flying directly in to Key West, you can even rent a car 'one way' to get here from the Mainland and have another reserved for your way out of Paradise! If your party grows, we also have other 1, 2, 3 and 4 BR units in the same complex that can accommodate even the largest of groups together.
