This unit is a light and bright 1330 sq. Ft. Condo, built in 2004. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. A master with a king bedroom set and a on-suite bath 2 sinks and a walk-in closet. And a second bedroom complete with 2 twin beds and its own bathroom nearby.

It has a spacious eat-in kitchen with modern appliances. There is a newly painted great room with vaulted 14' ceilings, a dining area with all new light fixtures.

There is a large screen vaulted lanai overlooking a canal, with another relaxing area to enjoy the water view.

There are ceiling fans throughout, a washer & dryer in the unit, 2 parking spaces, 1 which is covered. Central air is also included.

The pool and Jacuzzi is across the street along with the grills. There are tennis courts 1/2 a block away.

Why Mr. Gary Anderson chose Fort Myers

Colonial country club is located just east of interstate 75 (exit 136) at colonial blvd., and 10 minutes away from southwest Florida international airport. Ft. Myers offers great beaches, fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and a short drive to sanibel island and captiva.

It has been recently purchased and tastefully redecorated with all new light fixtures, bedding, towels, small appliances.

What makes this condo unique

Colonial country club features a full service club house with dining room, grill room and a snack bar. The fitness center is outfitted with state of the art fitness equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop and houses an activity center with a full-time director.

There are 8-10 tennis courts 8 are lighted. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis with an aquatic driving range and a putting green. This unit comes with a social membership.

A great location for baseball training for twins and red sox.
