Recently renovated large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the renowned Oaks North community just steps from all the amenities, including a 5 minute walk to a 27 hole golf course, tennis and swimming. The condo includes a master bedroom with large vanity and bathroom with plenty of closet space. There is a guest bath and full size laundry. Open space floor plan boasts large kitchen and dining area that open into the living space with a great view of the green belt just off the spacious deck. Condo is on the second floor and the complex is equipped with an elevator for ease of use as well as hand rails.

Had a great time at Oaks North. Loved the 5 minute walk with clubs to the golf courses. There are three of them and they all are walkable. The condo was just as advertised. Very well appointed and quiet. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was luxury. The deck has a lovely view of green area ,with trees and schrubs, etc. Perfect for after golf drink. San Diego is about a half hour south on I-15. Lots of golf courses and wineries near Rancho Bernardo. We hope to be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
