This stunning Duplex Master Condo is located in Leeward in a development with a real Caribbean island feel, within Leeward, Providenciales' most sought after community and nestled in a 2 acre lush fully landscaped park like garden.

What impresses visitors the most when entering this stunning condo, is the space and fabulous layout of this unit. Cathedral ceilings with fans, extra large living area with dining area and luxury fully equipped kitchen. Very large terrace running through the whole length of the condo with amazing views over the lush tropical garden and pool. On the ground-floor is one bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite shower room. 1 large all modern bathroom with an extra large Jacuzzi bathtub. We have a fantastic stay . Very confortable and well equiped condo.We specially appreciated the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.
Grace Bay has all accomodations,shops,restaurants , bar,etc..
And the beach there is so beautiful with white sand.
This place took my mind off of the heat for a while and blinded me with its beautiful ocean and wildlife.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour. Avons apprecie le confort et la qualite des equipements.l'endroit est tres paisible ideal pour decompresser , mais avec toutes les commodites et activites a 5mn .
A. 5 mn aussi de superbes plages de sable blanc. Tout simplement un petit coin de paradis!!! Nous conseillons donc chaudement cet endroit et ...pensons y revenir avant la fin de l'annee.

Our stay in this gorgeous condo was wonderful. It has all we were looking for !!
We liked very much the airy layout, the beautiful and well equipped kitchen, the large terrace / outdoor space oberlooking a lush garden and the pool below.
Being located in a small development in the Leeward community, at the tip of the island, we greatly enjoyed the quietness and laidback feeling there. That being said, a 5 min. car ride culd take us to all Grace Bay has to offer: shops, bars, restaurant and other amenities .. and, of course, the beutiful Grace bay Beach.
A must go when on Provo !!
