King bedroom in master, Queen in 2nd bedroom. Pull out queen sleeper in Florida room . Furnished kitchen and dining area with large table . Full laundry with shower and utility sink . 1 - 1/2 car carport .Plenty of parking. Private screened porch with dining table . Spacious fenced back yard . Handicap friendly with small step ramp by front door for easier wheelchair access (if necessary). Bathtub grasp bar also provided . Single story, no stairs . Families, golfers, anglers ,hunters and snowbirds welcome. Within minutes to gulf and river boat launches .Theme parks and wineries within day trip . Not a condo , private home .Televisions throughout home . Florida room has extra table for guests to have card , board games etc .Community center pool and gym available (additional charge ) .Golf ,bowling,churches,shopping close by .

We enjoy this home to see the lovely nature coast of Florida . We use it as a base to discover the lovely springs, parks, rivers and beaches in the area. Historical buffs will find local Fort Cooper State Park , the archeology park in Crystal River and the Old Inverness courthouse and much,much more . Nature lovers will enjoy Homosassa Springs a few minutes away. Manatee tours a just a short drive .

Very close to the Gulf of Mexico . Boating , fishing, golf and hunting ( minutes from Ocala National Forest ) all nearby. Community access gym, pool tables, swimming pool in season is available, can be arranged for by owner, fees not included .Manatees in winter by local springs . Homosassa River Nature park is naturalists wonder . Old Inverness Courthouse occasionally has wonderful educational forums and displays . Parking for boat available on site if you trailer your boat . .
