If you’re looking for the real experience of living in Paris, if even just for a few days, Les 3 Couronnes is the perfect Studio for you. We are located in the 11th arrondissement or district, which has so much to offer. It is nicely situation between Canal Saint Martin (constructed by Napoleon 1st in the early 1800’s and today is a popular destination for all, with plenty of restaurants and bars along it), and Belleville (home to one of the city’s two Chinatowns and it was home to the iconic French singer Edith Piaf).
Les 3 Couronnes is located on the 4th floor, with views over some of the neighboring rooftops, exposing other sites of Paris. Its renovation was just completed in November 2012. It is a tranquil place to retreat after a day of site-seeing, shopping or even a visit to the March aux Puces (Paris’ famous Flea Market, just north of the city). Les 3 Couronnes is approximately 25 square meters or 270 square feet in size.
Les 3 Couronnes has two windows facing southeast. The Studio consists of a main room with a comfortable queen-sized bed which will provide for an excellent night’s rest. There is ample storage for your clothing in the armoire. One corner holds a desk either for writing post cards to loved ones back home or for checking your emails. Les 3 Couronnes does have WIFI, so you’ll be able to connect your laptop or smartphone. We also provide unlimited calling to over 100 countries around the globe. Our flat-screen TV has many global channels including CNN, BBC, etc.
The corner kitchen includes a microwave, cook-top, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo. Together with the coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, you’ll be able to prepare meals like the rest of the French. There is a bar counter that is great for coffee and croissants in the morning or even something more substantial later in the day. There are several open-air markets around where you’ll be able to pick up some of the freshest ingredients to help you out.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide quality bath and bed linens. For your comfort you’ll find a hairdryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
Les 3 Couronnes is heated by individual electric wall heaters. Therefore even in the coldest of winter you’ll be toasty warm. The Studio is non-smoking and we do not accept pets of any kind.
Les 3 Couronnes is well situated between several different Metro stations including Belleville, Couronnes, Parmentier, Goncourt, and Republique. It is not far from Pere Lachaise the largest cemetery in Paris. This is the resting place for many well-known people, including Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison, Gertrude Stein, Yves Montand, Sarah Bernhardt, Oscar Wilde, just to name a few.
Our neighborhood is both trendy and residential. You’ll find lots of interesting cafés, French and ethnic restaurants, and activities of everyday Parisian life. You’ll experience what most tourists never even see.

We will offer to book a car service for you, which will streamline the arrival/departure process. We will give you a brief introduction to your new neighborhood so you can find all the important things, and can also give recommendations for our favorite bistros, brasseries, cafes, and restaurants, and help make reservations as appropriate.
