STUNNING BARN CONVERSION WITH POOL, GAMES ROOM AND SUMMER HOUSE.

The ferry crossing could have been smoother, and the French Supermarkets at this time shouldn`t have been rationing my petrol, I mean, dam it all we`re British, their retirement age is not our problem.
And so, tired frustrated and slightly angry we arrived at Maison Cerisier with a degree of apprehension and concern.
We needn`t have bothered, for we were greeted by our hosts Amanda and Ian who listened patiently to our tales of woe, and then produced a much needed drink of Pineau that settled our nerves and lifted our spirits so to speak.

We were then introduced to our home for the next 2 weeks. This was the first treat of our trip, what a delight, it was beautiful, with all mod cons, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated throughout with a very well considered and pleasing sense of attention to detail.
The well appointed kitchen has everything one would need to prepare a slight snack or a Sunday roast, it`s up to you, and afterwards you can enjoy the lounge, or the summerhouse or go back to the swimming pool and relax in style.
At bedtime, you have two beautifully comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom where some people are sure to linger, it`s clean, well appointed, and has a generous shower and bath,a little gem.
Our terrace was a lovely area to have a BBQ or just relax with a glass of your favourite tipple.The summer house gives you the same opportunities, but is covered over, ideal if your dodging the sunshine.
The area itself is a delight with many attractions and restaurants to suit all tastes, and Amanda & Ian are only too happy to help anyone
to find what they`re looking for.
So, from the ease of parking your car, to the ease of slipping into the gorgeous swimming pool, Maison Cerisier never dissapoints, even the weather seems perfect, and if you have any worries about booking as we did, then don`t, peace of mind is guaranteed!
