This is a newly built 3 bedrooms, and two bath house. The master bedroom is upstairs and is very spacious and comes with a king size bed and small refrigerator, large screen TV, walk in closet next to it and also enjoying a masonry deck in front of it. The master bath is all marble, with a multiple head shower system and a whirl pool spa.
There is also a full bathroom with tub and shower combination downstairs, all marble as well. The whole downstairs is paved with granite tiles, and two of the bedrooms have real thick oak wood on the floor. One equipped with a queen size and the other has 2 twin beds ( European size 48x78 ). They both have ample closet space.
There is an state of art well equipped kitchen area with high ceiling and upscale appliances, and all granite counter tops including an island table which accommodates up to ten guests.
There is a masonry authentic fireplace, and central heating as well. The living dining combination area is all open, and is furnished tastefully and also has a large screen TV, with plenty of channels to choose from.
There is washer and dryer in the house as well as wireless free computer and phone for national calling inside the USA.
I am a single male living in San Anselmo, CA. My past job and business experiences, include working for a variety of different corporations, airlines insurance, department stores as display man. My education is in Political Science, BA, from Washburn University in Topeka, KS.
My true identity is artist and I am on the way to concentrate on only this aspect of my life.
I enjoy meeting people, and that is probably the main reason that I am running a vacation rental business. I must say have been fortunate enough to make lasting friendship with some of the guests who stayed in the property.

This is a truly unique vacation house. When you are in Master bedroom, it gives you the feeling that you are inside a luxury cruise ship. The location is central and the access is easy to most of the most important touristic, and cultural areal of San Francisco Bay area. There is only a ten minutes drive to Golden Gate Bridge, and you are surrounded by a variety of natural beautiful views on your way. The simplicity of taking the Ferry to go to Angle Island or The city in few minutes drive or twenty minutes walk is also an added advantage of this property. The parking is easy and ample, and you do not have to drive in winding narrow road to get into or out of the house. I bought this property because I fell in love with the close up view of the water, and its ever changing colors during sunrise, sunset, moonlight. Furthermore the reflection of the lights at night and looking at the migratory birds playing all day on the bay is a precious advantage that is pricless.
Easy parking, easy comfortable floor design, views from most rooms. State of art kitchen, and a host who is anxious to please. I have built this house myself the last 6 years personally. As soon as I saw the location I immediately realized its amazing one of a kind location. It enjoys one of the most beautiful pathway right in front of it for all kind of athletic activity.
Tiburon library is probably the best in the county of Marin. There is always some cultural activity going on. The town is like a party town specially during the summer. They close the downtown area, and people dance, dine, and wine on the street. There is a ferry to Angle Island with its interesting history, and beach front walking area with panoramic views of the city.
