As close as you can get to the Jay Peak Pump Haus without staying in the Hotel Jay! Ideally located to all of Jay peaks amenities. Park your car the week and walk or ski to all that Jay Peak has to offer. This slopeside condo is a two bedroom, one full bath with washer and dyer on site. Full kitchen with all your basic needs to cook the perfect home cooked meal after a along day of activities. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a bunk bed and two trundle beds. new flooring throughout as well as new comfortable living room furniture. enjoy sitting on the deck that looks on to the Tram Haus Lodge, Hotel Jay and Pump Haus water park. Sleeps up to 8 people with blow up mattress.

In more serious tones, the place was great, with excess goods in the pantry - which enabled birthday morning cinnamon rolls.
I'm not sure when others rated this property but we would not rent here again. It's very tired and dated with holes in doors and walls, blinds that are falling apart, etc. It also was not clean - there was hair on the bathroom counter, a used towel hanging behind the door in the master bedroom. Also, there is no trundle bed, just 2 separate, old mattresses to use on a floor.
I would not recommend this condo at all. Find a more updated unit to stay in. Very overpriced for what it was. In addition, I never heard from the property mgr prior to us heading to Jay. I had to call her the morning we left to ask for the address, how to get in, etc.
My family of 6 (4 kids ages from 13 to 5) stayed at Muggsy's this winter. I cannot say enough great things about Sarah who manages the property. The condo was very clean and ANYTHING we needed, Sarah was right there to help. We ski 4-6 times per winter and she was the most accommodating and pleasant condo manager I have ever dealt with. I would go back every year, multiple times if it weren't for the 7 hour drive home to NY. The location is just as it states....very convenient to the Jay Peak Pump House water park and to the slopes. We walked to the Pump House every night after skiing all day. The main lift is only a quick walk (maybe 80 yards from the door). The condo has a wonderful gas fireplace that kept us cozy at night and provided a nice homey warmth to the condo. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful New Years eve and week. It was such a pleasure working with Sarah...I am sure we will make the trip again.
My family of 5 (my wife and three kids (ages 12, 10 and 6) had a great time at Muggsy's Jay Peak Slopeside Condo. As far as Jay Peak is concerned, it is an excellent resort and we all were fortunate he headed there over Winter Break, as the mountain had more snow than places elsewhere in most of VT. Although there are newer units in Jay, we wouldn't have stayed anywhere else for three reasons. The first reason is LOCATION. The location of this condo cannot be beat as it is truly ski in ski out and is extremely close to the Tram, Metro and Flyer lifts, and an easy walk to the waterpark (we walked to it (you can actually enter the waterpark through the doors at the outdoor hot tub)), the Hotel Jay, Tram Haus and the Ice Skating Rink (which is incredible). For ski school, it is an easy ride up the Metro lift and ski on a Green over to Stateside where the Ski School is located. We loved the Tower Bar in the evening -- it is a great place to hang with the family and an easy walk home. The second and third reasons are the cleanliness and overall niceness of the unit. We had all kitchen utensils that were needed and everything (even under the beds) was very clean. There was plenty of space for the five of us. Also, I noted that one of the reviewers complained about the bed in the Master Bedroom but that issue has been resolved as there is now a new mattress. All in all, we highly recommend both Jay and this unit.
We just got back from 3 super cool days in JayPeak. We stayed @ Muggsy's sploside and we had a great time. The weather was ok but the ski condition were perfect.The condo's accomadations and location couldn't be better. I parked the car and took it back 3 days later. Sarah was very helpfull with both check in & out since one of my kids forgot his hat inside the condo and we realized at 16:00... Overall great time in a great place...

My wife and I recently stayed at this condo and it could not have gone better. Sarah made it very smooth arrival. One of the best the things about this condo is its location. It is right next to the lifts/tram, waterpark, and restaurants. The only thing we did not fully enjoy was the bed but we are very picky about our beds. Hopefully we can make it back next year.
My family and I absolutley enjoyed our 6 day stay in Muggsy's slopeside condo. The location was perfect, perfect perfect!!! Ski in- ski out and just a hop skip and a jump from the waterpark/hotel etc. The condo had everything we needed and we were able to save lots of money by cooking dinner every evening. The gas fireplace was super cozy and kept us toasty after a long day on the mountain. The condo had plenty of sleeping room- we were super pleased with everything. We were able to enjoy everything the resort had to offer. We went ice skating, skiing, snow boarding. We hit the waterpark every day and the kids had a blast in the game room. I also indulged in an awesome day at the hotel spa!! There is something for everyone!! This place is amazing and we hope to return every year.
