Okanagan Vacation-home Away From Home

Our rental home is a great family escape into the Okanagan Valley with a short drive to the many beaches Summerland and the South Okanagan has to offer. We are a 45 minute drive south from Kelowna and a 20 minute drive north from Penticton.

This home has a welcoming design with an open floor plan that will provide space for everyone. It is located in a family friendly neighborhood close to hiking and biking trails and the Kettle Valley Steam Railway. We are in a development called Deer Ridge which is quiet and has amazing valley views of vineyards and orchards. Sit out on the large peaceful private deck after a busy day of touring and enjoy the warm air while taking in the views.

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. With over 1500 square feet this home offers simple furnishings with all you need to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy a full kitchen with natural gas stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a BBQ and everything needed to cook your meals at home. The master suite offers a queen size bed and full ensuite with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a double bed (crib and playpen available upon request). The main bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination. The living room with a 42’ flat screen is off the kitchen and has room for everyone to relax. The large front deck offers a great area for eating your meals outside in the fresh air with patio furniture that seats 6. There are also full laundry room for use downstairs.
