Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely apartment for 6 nights in May 2013. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. Ray met us as arranged outside the apartment and was the perfect gentleman - very polite, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very centrally located, close to the Louvre, restaurants and Metro. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment so it would not suit elderly people or those with a disability. Getting our suitcases up and down was a challenge but it was worth it. The apartment is above a restaurant and a nightclub/bar is a little way down the street so it got quite noisy most nights so people need to think of that also. It didn't really bother us but it may bother others. Overally, a lovely stay.
